New? That's more like just reviving the serials of the 1930's

I don't really think anyone is going to drive to the theater and pay $12 for a popcorn and a coke for a 30 minute entertainment.

Hollywood needs to release movies in new methods.

This is what I propose, release a movie in 30 minute chunks.

As soon as they finish every 30 minutes worth of movie, release it to the theater and charge 30 minutes worth of ticket price

That way us geeks can get our movies early

For example, Avengers part 1 would've come 11/2011, part 2 01/2012, part 3 03/2012 and finally part 4 in 05/2012.

Man, talk about an exciting cliffhanger!

So what if I have to visit the theater 4 times to finish watching the Avengers.

I think Josh and Darth Charlie Brown would agree with me

That might knock the admission down, but the concession prices wouldn't go down which was my point, and that's where the theatres make the lion's share of their profit. I don't think they'd be on board for shorter films where folks would be more likely to just skip the hugely overpriced snacks.

I remember before Captain America came out, she was listed on the credits without a character name, but now she's gone

You would think she would be on there right ???? If not in The Avengers, she'll probably be in Cap 2
