Re: The Avengers: The Motion Picture Discussion Thread

I'm curious, is there one single pic out there where Cap doesn't look like a cosplayer from SDCC? I swear, he looks terrible in every single shot I have seen. Yuck.

Maybe its just me :dunno

Re: The Avengers: The Motion Picture Discussion Thread

I'll defo not be getting the blu ray from the UK that's for sure, want nothing with goofy "AVENGERS ASSEMBLE" on it.
Why couldn't they just call it Marvel's The Avengers?!:gah:

Re: The Avengers: The Motion Picture Discussion Thread

I thought someone mentioned earlier in the thread that the producers (?) didn't want Marvel's The Avengers getting confused with the 1960's British television series The Avengers.

Hence the title change. :dunno

Re: The Avengers: The Motion Picture Discussion Thread

Meh, I think its fine for the British. They thought we were too stupid to know what License Revoked meant so they changed that title to License to Kill :dunno

Re: The Avengers: The Motion Picture Discussion Thread

The more I see the trailer the more souped I get. Love when Hulk catches Iron Man. The trailer in 3-D looks phenomenal.

Thats weird, itsn't it. Thats my favorite part of the trailer too. I dunno. I guess something just connected with me when you see Hulk save Iron Man. Makes it really seem real that this is finally happening and that we're finally getting these heroes teamed up! :rock

I think Iron Man 3 +Captain Ameica 2 +Thor 2 +Hulk re-reboot would have been a better title for the UK :monkey3

Re: The Avengers: The Motion Picture Discussion Thread

I have to admit... While I'm still excited to see this, the trailer keeps looking campier and campier everytime I watch it. Eh I'm sure it'll still be fun to watch.
