I think the marketing for this has been great. The trailers and TV spots have gotten me excited about seeing it without giving everything away.

I am interested in seeing how Thor gets back to Earth since the bridge was broken at the end of his movie.

It's going to be interesting to see how they handle the absence of the female leads and supporting characters from all of the individual franchises. Will they mention them or not? My wife said (and I agree) that it would be weird for Thor to make it back to Earth and not seek out, ask about or mention Jane.
