For the MCU, maybe. The Raid movies beat them to a bloody pulp.

The Raid 2 chase scene was so amazing.

So Raid 2 worse shaky cam than TWS/CW gets a pass?

While no doubt it had impressive stunt work on the set the end result is way too perfectly timed baddie waiting their turn for their beating.

And I find the shaky cam not beneficial to the action.

That's mostly because, contrary to most people, Cap goes hard. And who else goes hard?!

I love the action in TWS/CW not just for action sake, it's because of the charcters involved.

Replace all the superheroes with the Raid characters and I won't watch TWS/CW no matter how good the action is because i'm not invested in those Raid dudes.

replace the random dudes in the raid 2 with captain america and you would love the raid 2 as well.

it works both ways, you love the marvel movies because of the characters. they could make the next captain america found footage in the style of cloverfield and you will like it a lot.

thats kind of what the video i posted was saying. everyone accepts crazy shaky cam because they are fans of the actors. or because they like the story. thats kinda the problem. people dont reject bad camera work because eeryone got used to it
