I just ordered Pacific Rim 3D for $14.99 from Amazon. I'm glad I waited!

What's weird is that the photo of the box is the 3D version but the title and description on Amazon doesn't say that it is.

Are you certain that it is the 3D version.

It should be because the non-3D version is $7.99. If they send the wrong copy, it's going back.

It should be the 3D version, assuming they are price matching Best Buy. The 3D is $14.99 at Bestbuy.com

Yeah, it really makes you think they don't expect 3D to last. 2D versions on movies like Planes went on sale earlier this week, but the 3D price didn't change at all.

I got Great Gatsby 3D for $14.99! I was waiting for that.
Star Trek Into Darkness 3D is also $14.99, should have waited for that!

Nah, that hasn't hit me yet. I still have the 2D versions that I haven't even watched yet.

Obviously the most important thing is the movie itself but what a lame cover for the new blu-ray. Notice how they actually took a RoboCop 2 still, changed the color to grey, and photoshopped a new right arm. Lame.

That isn't the same thing as no other characters appear with Robocop.

But no, that would not stop me from buying a RW 4k disk.

It's not a deal breaker but they could definitely put a little more work in their cover art. A lot of times they just throw something together.

Picked up the Die Hard 25th anniversary Collection Blu for $17 at Best Buy. It's the first 4 movies, but that's okay, as the whole set would be tarnished with that newest abomination.
