Ugh, so pissed. The card I ordered the Kubo/Laika Collection steelbook from Best Buy with had some fraudulent charges and I had to cancel the card. Of course, Best Buy tries to obtain authorization today. Log in to my account, and there's no mechanism to change the payment method. Call customer service, which is a call center overseas, and the dude says he can't change the payment method and offers to transfer me to Citibank. WTF? I didn't use, or even have, a Citibank card. Long story short, there goes my order. Hope it's an ugly looking steel (Sorry all, that's pretty petulant and selfish).
