BB's Moana 3D Steelbook lets you put it in your cart but when you check out, it deletes it from your cart. Hopefully they'll let you buy it soon.

Those that have ordered/are looking to preorder the Target exclusive version of Rogue One, there's currently a $5 gift card promo for preordering it.

Cancel your existing order and preorder!

yep! Otherwise it gets mailed in this crappy cardboard shipper.

EDIT: Spoke too soon, I think you can do store pick up on the street date, but not before.

Odd query but can any of you Best Buy steelbook experts shoot me a pm. I'd like to know how many marvel releases got the Best Buy steelbook treatment. I have all from dark world on, would like to compete the set. Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask just seems like there's a lot of you in the know.

I think they all did.

And you have to pick it up that day too if I remember right.

Not true. It is held a number of days. 3-5 if I am not mistaken and you can extend one day on the site.

I can never get in before Friday and it has never been an issue.

Target set certainly looks the best value. 5 discs.

They're the figures Hot Toys should be doing right there !

A question for the BB Steelbook experts - I had to cancel my order of Dr. Strange and Moana and now they are not available for shipping. What's the timeframe before they get enough stock back in that they go back up for shipping other than store pickup? My nearest BB is 180 miles from here.

Best Buy lets me choose a store for pick up on check out even on pre order items and Target does not.

I gave up on Target, they can keep their alternate covers. :lol

I like easy.

Target pick up occurs closer to release. Not this earlier. Sometimes not until same day (ala Hacksaw Ridge).

They should at least let the customer choose the option during check out even this far out like BB does.

The option is there but it can't be used.

So how would I go about updating it later?

Does one have to keep checking back, that's crazy! :lol

Too confusing.

I love BB.

I just check and see. It's not that annoying unless you let it be.

Even BB you have to check for when they ACTUALLY make it available for pick up, it's not that different.

I think Thor: The Dark World was the first Best Buy exclusive steel. Iron Man and Iron Man 2 were released in metal paks, not steel book (which is a trademark).

Yeah, the hold for a few days for you. Not as long as Best Buy, which holds if for a week. Also, they don't charge your card until you pick up, unlike Best Buy which charges you right away. And if you decide to cancel your Best Buy in store pick up, the don't cancel your order and refund your money right away. They wait a week and then the system automatically cancels your item as not picked up.

From some Best Buy employees that frequent another forum I peruse, there will be NO in store restocks of Dr. Strange. Online, maybe. As for Moana, apparently they sold through their online 3D allotment. You can still order the 2D steel for delivery. But if you want the 3D, you have to be at the store come next Tuesday.

Speaking of which, if anyone can grab a 3D steel of Moana for me next week, that would be greatly appreciated!

Enough this...

I want to know why we don't have True Lies yet ? :panic:

Didn't Cameron say he would never re-release True Lies in any form because he did not like the way he portrayed the Arab terrorists?

BB you don't have to check back, it's available for pick up on date of release.

I just want to tell Target that this is what I want to do and they don't allow it, why not? Dumb.

Where does one pick up a movie at Target anyways?

BB had a desk dedicated for online purchase orders.

Anyone who has the Dr. Strange BluRay know what site the digital download is for? Hopefully available on iTunes....I bought BVS and got stuck with Flixter which is rubbish
