I liked Logan, WW, and Spider-Man: Homecoming but honestly don't know that I'll buy any of them to keep at home. As entertaining as WW was I have a feeling that after watching it just once more I'll be forever inclined to just skip to the No Man's Land scene and go from there. Not sure that I need to see a 2.5 hour WW origin story over and over.

CBM's are just all so interchangeable now *especially* with WW now bringing the DCEU into the MCU fold. Say what you will about SS's quality but at least it feels like a Ghostbustery shoot 'em up and not just a bland cbm of the week. Right now I'm pretty content with Nolan Bats, Cap trilogy, and then the original Batman anthology (89-97) and SS for a zany change of pace now and then.

You guys were talking about the 4K of Blade Runner the other day...well if you're on the fence, pick this up! Man it's beautiful. Not only beautiful but the ATMOS remix they did is one of the best I've heard. Just a fantastic release.

Is this 4K Blade Runner exclusive to BB? Target doesn't have it, and Amazon has it or $60!

iTunes 4K movies have started rolling out. List of titles being updated here: https://forum.blu-ray.com/showpost.php?p=14083346&postcount=61

Considering Apple will upgrade existing HD purchases for free, and may do likewise in the future with 8K etc, this might be the best way to future-proof one's collection (if you also remove the DRM).

That's definitely something to consider, although it's tough for me to imagine leaving physical media. I've never had much luck with streaming anything. Also what audio formats are supported? That's been a big selling point for blu ray for me, the full 7.1 or Atmos audio track.

I agree I like having the physical copies. The Blu ray Daredevil release looked better than streaming to me

All my movies are watched on disc first even up to the 3rd viewing are disc only.

Only after those 3 viewings do I then use the digital version as a background watch or when laying in bed.

Porn doesn't count JYE. I'm just kidding. Digital still has a ways to go to catch up to physical quality but it is getting closer

Every physical item I have ever owned retains some form of value either thru Ebay, a trade or even a gift.

I can't stress enough to my brother when buys all digital videogames and movies for his kids then has nothing to barter with.

Everything that my son has out grown I have traded in for credit, sold or gifted.

You can't do any of that with digital.
