I totally agree, but I just don't have the cash right now for that expensive of a sound system. Also, we're planning to move in a year or so (maybe less) so my configuration may change. I thought I'd buy a lower end soundbar for now that still accomplishes some good sound for the time being until we move into our permanent home. Hell, right now I still have my old 2014 Sony hexagon soundbar CT-260 so I imagine anything from 2019-2020 will be a vast imrpovement.
 
Rule:
Buy Smart and don't go in the hole.
Worst case scenario, it moves to another room when you upgrade.

I have a Vizio in my living room for my 82" and it sounds great.
You would be surprised how well the surrounds work and add to the experience.
I have not had any connection issues.

You can always upgrade when your wallet allows you to.
 
Yep good advice. I have a vizio for the 42" tv i have and Bose for the 75" A soundbar does add to the overall experience and those that your looking at Wor-Gar should do the job. Like Jimmy said you can always upgrade when you have more funds later. I love having the soundbars because you miss so much sound without them. Predator or Raiders are usually my go tos when I had to calibrate.
 
Got myself a PS5 disc edition and will be doing the same with Xbox Series X on tuesday.

I am stocking up on 4K players while they last.

Sony really wanted to not release that disc version only the digital version but they knew they had no choice in the matter.

Grats on being able to po one best buy ****ed me i spent hours with it glitching in my cart never allowed me to check out then the site crashed. Never got one ordered . Was so pissed that night

Agreed. Target, best buy then Wal-mart. All sucked.

I dont know about you guys but i loved this movie as a kid, so glad its getting the 4k treatment. The price is only good thru sunday then it goes up to $50-$60 range. The artwork is simply amazing.

CTB is a masterpiece and should never be mentioned in the same breath as:

Beastmaster
The Sword and the Sworcerer
Conan the Destroyer
Conan remake with JM
Clash of the Titans

Excalibur is also trash when compared to CTB.

There are only four sword and sorcery movies worth owning and they are:

LOTR trilogy
CTB

I haven’t watched Dragonslayer in a very long time so I can’t speak for that one.

sure conan is the best one but the others are good as well thats why i said they are all 80s classics lol. Conan remake was terrible. Im simply referring to the ones that came out in the 80s. I didnt like conan the destroyer that much i prefer beastmaster as a kid i havent watched either of them in years. I hope they do conan in 4k next. Forget all the remakes (conan, clash of the titans, king arthur) those 80 classics I mentioned blow them away

Ok. I love CTB, but no way is Excalibur trash. Ever. Ever. Ever.

When was the last time you watched Excalibur? Not perfect, but great movie.

Beast master was fun trash. But don't know if i could tolerate watching it more than one more time, for nostalgia reasons.

I want all of the above 80s classics in 4k beastmaster is a good start lol

Yes lotr is awesome jye but it also had the benefit of much better technology-Its also coming to 4k soon along with the hobbit trilogy

Heck ya beast master is fun trash thats what makes it an 80s classic much like flash gordon (which we already got in 4k)-the 4k screen caps of beastmaster look really good thus far. Like i said before i hope they do conan next, or even excalibur, beast master is just the first one in the line

Excalibur felt gritty and sexy when I was young but it is pretty boring to sit thru.

No doubt it has some great visuals, and some not so great visuals, plus a few now iconic moments but ultimately a bore fest.

I did always love Mordred golden armor and it was nicely homaged in Aquaman of all places lol
 
I have had enough Beastmaster in my life during those now infamous marathons lol

Look Excalibur is obviously better than those B sword and sorcery movies no doubt BUT please don’t compare it to LOTR....ever ok lol
