Before this episode I could care less about that lame looking cartoon Cad Bane.

After this episode HOLY CHRIST what a freaking perfect spaghetti western black rim hat Lee Van Cleef BAD ASS!! :thud:

What a freaking awesome episode!

Go watch the briefing scene that Fennec gives and look at that ridiculous doofus look Fett gave her that right there is proof that they are doing a deliberate character assassination of Boba Fett what a freaking retard they made him!

Anyways this is to ajp and Sass.

Is it at all possible that with Ahsoka being with Luke that she already entered the World Between Worlds portal and we are seeing an alternate Luke.

Regarding the deep fake at first I was like they gave him too many freckles he looks like Opie grown up lol

Then I was like WOW he looks natural but different enough to show a progression of age.

Are they trying to ween us off Hamill with an eventual recast?

Cant Wait for this. Judging by the title, I'm guessing (or hoping) that it's Fett recollecting his greatest adventures and bounties.
Reposting the first post in this thread. One for the Fett fans to cry over.

But seriously, the structure of the series is a disaster. As much as I've enjoyed the last two episodes, it feels like they should be part of a different series or part of Mando S3. It's like watching a completely different show.

The Mando and Luke/Grogu stuff deserves to be fleshed out a lot more. It could be fantastic - just not in Boba's Book Club.

This times 1000. People get offended when Morrison gets criticism because they either blindly love him in the PT or because he appears to be a nice guy. But his acting is poor, he doesn't look like Boba Fett, and he should be playing the character not forcing "himself" into the character. I can't blame him for the writing but he is still at least 50 percent responsible for this show totally sucking. Call it what it is.

Meanwhile with just a few slick lines of gunslinger diologue Olyphant already has me wanting to see lots more of Cobb Vanth. His posture is even somewhat reminiscent of Bulloch. I wish we could get in the "way back" machine and cast Olyphant as the cold blooded bounty hunter Boba Fett, he is damn near perfect for the part.
Cobb reminds me of Fett :gah:

I joked about Mando gifting Baby Yoda a tiny Mandalorian helmet, but I wasn't far off. He got him a tiny armor to go along with a tiny lightsaber. 🤭

Yeah, he seems cool. I like him. He makes current Boba look like a pansy.

Surprised no one has yet made note of the fact that everyone's favorite MILF Garsa has now been reduced to her component molecules.

Max Rebo once again escapes the Goodfellas style firebombing! Too bad the milf cleavage has come to an end but at least that green ****boy is presumably ashes as well. I didn't need to see anymore scenes of Morrison whistling over there carrying his helmet around.

The thing that bothers about Luke giving grogu a choice is that I always felt like Luke broke away from the old Jedi principles like forgoing attachment. Attachment is the reason he ended up saving Vader in the end, that’s sort of an important part of his entire arc, IMO. Like was posted earlier, I hope we see him understand afterwords that the choice thing with grogu was misguided.

Luke - "That's not how the force works you green little bastard!!" :cuss

It's definitely not exactly what I thought it was going to be. :lol

Hmm yes i like that, Cobb getting the armour back, he has a very interesting, very Jeremy Bulloch like posture.
Yeah, I totally agree! After Mando season one, when word got out that Timothy Oliphant was cast for season two, I went off to my friend about how I guaranteed he’d be playing Boba Fett because he’d look perfect in the armor and he’d be a good match for Jeremy Bulloch’s physicality, so it’s great to see other people had that same impression.
I mean, totally didn’t happen, but also I guess I kinda did?
It goes against the way, so I’m not sure there’s be a story reason that Din would allow him to wear Mandalorian armor again, though, so I sadly don’t see it actually happening.

Yup, I hope he does break away from tradition and find some kind of balance.
