...Sometimes that can even mean scales. it's really not entirely all up to Sideshow...just something to bear in mind...

Good point that many times seems to be lost. This needs to be stickied to every new product discussion thread.

Yeah, I've said this before that NL, Lucas, etc all have a say in these things.

Waiting for Trevor's next masterpiece to come up for preorder, I was looking at the Crack's product page, and came upon this:

The Crack of Doom Diorama is complete with a hand-numbered individual edition number on the bottom side of the base.

Now, the page never even lists Trevor's name, or any of the other people who had a hand in creating this statue. So does this mean he won't be listed on the bottom of the base either?

And now I realise I don't even know Trevolver's last name...

I thought Sideshow was going to fix that mistake and actually credit all those involved in the designing the pieces. Perhaps not yet?

I believe they're going to. It was in a recent newsletter or podcast.

I keep looking at this piece and the more and more I look at it the more and more I like it. $80 isn't that much....I'm seriously considering...

The base is pretty tiny. I can imagine one of you crazy guys to custom make the rest of the inside of mount doom and have this diorama at the center. actually, that doesn't sound like too bad of an idea.

I just saw these:

Did anyone see how nice Dusty..ohom, correction - the diaroma is :D
Looks great so far.

HA! doesn't get much more fun than that! great pics! Man, I actually forgot this thing can be held in the palm of one's hand. I never got to handle it like that!! :)

:clap

Very nice, I am strangely considering this one now - the sculpt is spectacular.

well if there is anything funner than having Gollum's and Smeagol's comments on a piece you were a part of......I just don't know what the heck it would be. that was hilarious!

Congrats Trev, he really liked it, I could tell... of course he IS an actor, and a very talented one at that, but I SWEAR he really liked it - he wouldn't have wanted to take it home with him if he didn't :D

Thanks for sharing it Dusty! I'm really happy he liked it! the paint work on this one just baffles me! it was hard enough to sculpt the thing at that size, but to paint pupils and little features like that.........whew!

"he wouldn't have wanted to take it home with him if he didn't"

He maybe he just needed something to toss at the kids when he made it back from his trip to America. :D
