if you are so afraid that you have already seen half the movie, why do you keep watching whatever Warner Bros. puts out?

I dont mind watching trailer clips... the more trailer clips I watch, the more excited I get, and I LOVE to see how everything works in CONTEXT... a lot of the clips for the dark knight have been used over and over again, with random soundbytes from the characters being played over the said clips... NOTHING in the previews are is in context... you just get a general idea of what the film will be about.

I do think Warner is doing a good job keeping the story hush hush, even with all the teasers being shown (unlike the spoilerfest that was Spider-Man 3)... I pretty much knew exactly what was going to happen in SM3, but I really have no idea of how TDK will be structured... So many wild cards in the story...

me want to see it but Shai is killing it for me :monkey2:monkey2:monkey2

This is so stupid and cheesy, yet very watchable. Dark Knight trailer spoof. These guys did it pretty well I thought

I'm ok with watching all the trailers, tv spots, and all that, but I will totally bypass any reviews.

I read through there (along with the spoilers). If what that guy says is true, then :google!!!

Not going to read them
Not going to read them

Less than a month. I can wait. Will remain spoiler free! :gun

This movie going to blow your mind, munch. No doubt. I HAD to read them, though. :lol

I call bullocks on that "review". I know a plant when I see one.

That said, I still think the movie will rock. :rock

I did until I read the rest of the 100 comments he posted. Then, it became more clear to me that he isn't messing around.

The review has me even more hyped - I didn't read any of the spoilers after the main review.

This line was interesting: "George Lucas and Steven Spielberg have been made to look like complete fools this summer."

But it's such a good half...

And because I'm weak and also because I can't turn on the tv without a dark knight spot hitting me in the face (I got Comcast, they always advertise the TDK vids). It's not like I'm hunting for TDK trailers and spots, but when it's there, I'M THERE.

I'm not complaining.

i totally hear you man!! i can't tell you how many times i've had to immediately switch the channel, or walk out of the theatre when an ad comes on. if i'm in a movie, i have the people i'm with TEXT me when the trailer is over so i can come back in!

i'm such a geek.

I did, too and I am at least 95% convinced that the guy either works for WB or was involved in the film itself somehow. This is not a legit industry review, trust me.

That said, again... it doesn't mean the movie isn't as cool as his 'review' claims it is.

In another week or two, some actual advance screenings will take place and then we'll see some unfiltered thoughts on the movie start popping up all over.

Indeed. And no one besides a blatant fanboy or someone with an agenda would say something like that in a "review" of a movie that has nothing to do with it.

Again, I call bunk. Any one of us could have written what he wrote... and his other posts just point to someone on "the inside" somehow.

Any reasons you think it's a plant review other than the fact that he loves it?
Do you doubt if he's actually seen the film?

The way it's written and worded. There is not even an ounce of objectivity within it. Even Harry Knowles spoogefests are not that blatant.

I don't doubt he's seen it, just that this is an actual "review" written by someone without some kind of stake in the movie somehow.
