Has SS ever posted back order, then went back to pre-order. just like when they say 20 remain, then next day 50 remain

in sideshows site the shiping date goes from August to ''Est. Ship Date: 4th Qtr 2012''????

and sais Item Status: backorder

Just checked mine. It's still showing the final flex pay, with guesstimated shipping included, coming out in 4 days (20th). I POed mine as soon as they went up.

I thought when you pay a figure using flex pay you were in the second half of the split shipping automatically .. am I right or wrong? because I have my final payment on august 20th too..

Other sites still have August so I'm hoping Q4 isn't a delay for everyone. I emailed BBTS asked them. So once I hear from them I'll let you guys know.

nah, i'm sure that the release date keeps for the preorders.
that new date must be fot the backorders.
my local dealer says that they already have a notification of shipping from hong kong to usa, they should be on stock this week, and the shipping should start soon.

if you got on flex right when the PO went up, you should be on the first shipment.

No. I always know whether I'm going to get something or not (no indecisiveness), so when it goes up I PO immediately. I've never wound up on the later shipments of a split because of that.

If you flex pay, they're getting chunks of your money months in advance over those who choose the single payment option. So why would SSC in essence "punish" flex pay buyers by automatically placing them on the later end of split shipments?

Please know we will be receiving a shipment for the Hot Toys Tumbler next week and will fulfill as many orders as possible using this shipment. Our next shipment will be arriving in the 4th quarter and will be used to fulfill all new orders.
