I'm thinking Bruce ejected right after he shot that building, my first thought was if the bomb had a 6 mile blast radius there no way he lived, then I thought of that building being blown up and figured thats the only time he could have escaped

He only needed 12' of water between him and the bomb, and a breathing apparatus to survive the explosion.

Ok, so i watched this yesterday with the girlfriend and i enjoyed it despite Bane being pretty meh, Catwoman was better then i thought she would be and the Blake character kinda saved the movie from being more meh.. but, did we ever see Batman use his grapple gun once?..geez.

The acting(aside from Batman's last confrontation with Bane and the Talia death scene.. XD) and the powerful soundtrack is what really set this movie a notch above Avengers as my favorite movie this year.

The things i especially loved about this one was more Bruce Wayne focused story and the Bat Cave looked great and loved how they used both the new and old one, hated the Bat..still looks like a flying bug and will never grow on me like the Tumbler did, also the "rise" chant sounded lame...don't do ____ like this ever again Hans..please.

Also, i noticed a increased amount of security at the theater as well as one employee doing three checks throughout the movie, don't remember employees being this attentive during a show before...i dunno.

I can see why some people believe that Alfred was imagining or day-dreaming about Bruce being in the cafe at the end of the movie but why would he picture him sitting there with Selina? Alfred was only briefly informed in the bat cave of who she was and her actions. There was nothing mentioned to lead Alfred to view her as anything more than a person of interest never mind a love interest. If Bruce were actually dead wouldn't Alfred picture the most ideal pairing of Bruce and Rachael?

Also, I believe that all those closest to Bruce initially believed him to be dead but then on finding all the various clues, the repaired bat-signal, directions to the cave etc. BEING ALIVE IN THE CAFE (seriously) it shows that Bruce wants them to know that he hasn't abandoned them or Gotham but that he is unsure of whether he should be the one to resume the mantle.

That should cement it as being otherwise, for the silly ones that still think it was a dream. :lol

Maggie Gyllenhaal looks like a swamp monster though. Anne was hot. I'm sure Alfred would want Bruce to be with an attractive woman. :dunno

After Bruce is done with his vacation he comes back to train Blake.

^The depth of your intuition is is incredible. :lol

The whole trilogy was Alfred's imaginary dream about some guy he was staring at from across the cafe.

Precisely.

It was all nothing more than the feverish dream of an elderly British opium addict.
(Rubies the size of tangerines my ass.)
