Your opinion is no longer valid.

Well, I don't work for WB's publicity department, no. :pow

We're entitled to our own opinions.

We're not entitled to our own facts. :monkey1

(The "fake death" trope is an old cliche.)

Well, I hope you like it better on repeat viewing

Unless there's an alternate ending, I don't see how. :peace

Still an impressive film, though. :clap
Still didn't break the third-act curse. :violin

I Loved it as well. Still liked TDKR better... but this one was different in a great way! All the actors did great! Even got a bit emotional!

One thing.. the voices of BM and Bane sometimes was a bit much. My wife and I kept laughing! :lol This was her favorite out of the 3.

For someone who sounded like they were beginning to loathe the film the last the couple of months, I'm excited to hear you liked it Alex.

:yess:

Alex?

My initial thoughts are a couple pages back from my first showing. Any scene involving Batman (especially his return in the tunnels) the pit, the last 20 minutes of the end and the touching coat line from Begins are my favorite aspects of the film.

My gripes would be Bane, the pacing and editing of the film (could have made the running time longer to spend more time to take things in or make the film less bloated with all these plots and ideas), and the booming Bane theme chant over key scenes and dialogue.

Not perfect but an enjoyable ending and story for this interpretation of Batman.

I really wish they hadn't used so many flashbacks (particularly the bit with Gordon and young Bruce). That really dumbed things down a bit, I think. Just wasn't necessary. Also, the Two-Face flashbacks in the beginning just seem jarring and out of place.

Yeah, I expected Nolan to have more faith in the audience.

That was one of my favourite scenes.

FB didn't bother me.

I was hoping they had a reason to FB to Flass's fat ass. :rotfl
