The Dark Knight Rises *SPOILERS*

I did more than that. I also read Spathis original script. The movie gets even worse for me after that. Yes, some of the things in the movie, are explained and make more sense. But when You know what Scott's or Spathis original intentions were, the more You see how much they ****ed it up with the final movie. Most of all, You can see clearly how much of a no-talent Lindelloff is. He truly frankenstein'ed the original draft adding his own nonsense on top of Spathis plot points, without truly merging it. When You read the original script, and watch some of the documentaries, You actually see that scenes and elements from the old draft are still in the movie, even if by that point, they don't fit in it at all. That's one of the reason why there are so many WTF moments in the "Prometheus"
Seriously Lindellof...

So no more documentaries for me. If I re-watch the BD, I will ignore all the extras and simply focus on the vistas, cinematography, gigeresque designs, Charlize Theron's face and try hard to ignore the fact that the final xenomorph is a total disappointment.

Jye, watch the movie. There's a giant Cthulhu squid, mouth-raping a space albino greek. What more can You ask for in a cinematic experience?

Actually, it was. I watched it the other night, and was enjoying it...until she died.

It's really baffling because you'd think Nolan would've said..."No, no wait, this doesn't work."

But he didn't. He left it in. It's so silly.

Yup, worse part IMO.

The ****ty part is that I'm sure there was a 100X better take.

It already has. Most people have written off Ridley Scott.

He's the best thing about that movie. Hands down.

Talia was just faking, which is understandable. She wants to be in the sequel and/or Justice League just like Qui-Gon Jinn wanted to come back as a force ghost to Bruce after not appearing in Revenge of the Sith and dying in Batman Begins.

The bad part about Talia's "death" was the fact that Batman, Catwoman and Gordon bought it. Their faces are just as bad as her death. Look at them again, they look derpy and confused like they've never seen a person pass out before.

Well, Batman always looks that way but that's just because of the ill fitting mask and the fact that he can't breath through his nose. Not sure what Groden and Cratwimmins problem was tho.

Joker was killed by an Olsen twin at his Gotham City apartment, thus his schemes for Batman 3 were put to an end. It was most unfortunate, but atleast now he has no relation to TDKR and thus, retains his quality and is in no way, shape or form related to the poo poo plot of da League Of Shadooooows Strikes Back with Miranda Taters and her crying puppy, da masked man, da mercenary, da small fry, Ben. He never got to meet the obnoxious Private Joker Foley, nor that kid from Angels in the outfield who would one day become Roben Bloke.

The real villains are David Groyer, Christoph Nolen and Bro, not Joker. For you see, they created the story and constructed it in such a way to make small children, such as myself, cry with sorrow at what they did to the great Batman.

To be fair, Gordon didn't know she was Talia then and not who he thought she was the rest of the movie. Only Batman really knew who she was so the rest probably figured it was going to be Bane or a burly trucker or something. Not Tate

I've seen a few here and there in my travels who have come off a bridge in da same manner as Talia.

Her position in da truck made me giggle in da silliness on display.

Now add her acting, da rest is history.

Nolan films everything, even your home videos. If he thought Talia slouching down and quickly closing her eyes with the three amigos looking on was good, than it was good. No arguments. Brilliant work, Oscar quality.
