Batman kills himself so he can be with maggie gyllenhall after he finally accepts that.... sorry i cant go on with that.

The only thing i EVER hated about Nolans films was Gyllenhall. She is horrendous. her voice is horrid and whiney, shes ugly and she was a totally different Rachel Dawes. Holmes had a cute girl next door thing, i really liked her in BB and the personality she gave Rachels character.

Katie Holmes is really hot, she is really cute,
Everyone hates Gyllenhall.

Why Nolan cast her is beyond me,
I really dont know what he was thinking, she is an okay actress but not amazing or anything,

She looks nice there, and in secretary. But my god she was horrid in TDK.

What I hated was that her voice truly grated. When she was screaming in the warehouse with the barrells around her I literally mute the tv everytime she speaks.

Its also the fact that it was basically a new personality. She was dead flirtatious and playful with Dent, whereas I always picture Rachel as the girl next door. She was cute, shy and had depth. Thats what I really liked about Katie. She brought a balance to Bruce Wayne; she wasnt a super model, she was a naturally beautiful and down to earth DA with a strong sense of justice, but had some inner strength.

Gyllenhall was just, I cant put my finger on it. I just dont like her character in TDK and there was no spark between her and Bale unlike Holmes and Bale.

I don't care how nice her body might be, that face is just..nothing can make it look attractive.

Usually when you google images of an ugly girl but add "sexy" at the end, you'll find at least a few flattering pictures of her...not with Maggie Gyllenhaal.

I never thought Katie Holmes was particularly pretty. She is attractive, but every time she talked her face became slanted or something. It was very strange and distracting for me. Maggie isn't as attractive as Katie but I think she is a far superior actress so I was happy when she was cast and liked her in the role more than Holmes.
