right, and, at 3 hours movie, yeah, things are going to go haywire

3 hours... UGH. Dark Knight was 2 1/2 and that was about 10 minutes too long.

what I mean is that everyone is saying they dont care about this movie anymore,
and that they cared more for the Dark Knight, and this movie doesn't have as much marketing, no new trailer, is like under the radar, and a lot of people are losing interest,
but I could see how this is being done on purpose, so that when it does come out is going to hit everyone hard

I think people are far from losing interest. Practically everybody knows it's coming and they're ready.

The trailer release dates have been exactly like TDK's. We even got a prologue preview again. TDK's Trailer 3 wasn't released until May. They don't have to release a new trailer right now. Let the others have their fun. They come out before TDKR anyways.

There is more coming and there are only 3 months left. There is just not a big viral campaign to keep the impatient gotta-check-the-forums-24/7 fanbois busy. The marketing near release will keep the forgetful masses hyped.

IMO, when this movie is released the only thing that'll be talked about is Batman, no matter how good the movie turns out. This will be a phenomenon and it will be a landmark in movie-making.

Totally disagree. That stuff was needed to prove how wrong the Joker was, besides what else would Two-Face have done? His reason for going nuts was what happened to his "face" and his "family". He took care of everyone that he believed was at fault. Two-Face story arch done.

I highly doubt that. I 'm a huge Alien fan, huge. I also love sci fi, but the public just doesn't love it anymore. If they did there would be more movies like Prometheus. The last really good sci if film that took place in space was Star Trek. Before that I can't remember anything that was any good. Event Horizon like 15 years ago?

The public love Batman and on July 20, they will prove it.

I'm sure Avengers will be good, but not mind blowing. I'm having a feeling of deja vu. Back in 2008 everyone was all over Iron Man. It came, we saw it, it was great, but then Batman came... and blow everything else away.

I liked the overall idea and I know what it was for but I just think it went on a little too long that’s all.
