Breaking the record will be tough without the 3D premium, though it could be pretty close :monkey1

But yeah, much more interested in how good the film turns out

I really couldn't care less about breaking record, or being better than the Avengers. I want it to be a good Batman movie period.

Nah, the film is heavy on psychologizing but light on actual, plausible psychology.

It's still a superhero flick with a big debt to Moore's The Killing Joke but missing the backstory he provided for The Joker.

Idea: why not give everyone in Gotham cancer? Have them balding and retching from chemotherapy as they wander through a monochromatic emo wet dream? That would definitely add to the feeling of gloom and hopelessness! :yess:

I've never understood why people can't just not like it and deal with it. It's like as if complaining about it over the internet is some sort of therapy for some.

Captain America, I didn't like it. But I don't make it my goal to tell the world so. :lol

Get over it or GTFO. Just my opinion.
