Here's a list of the variants in TDK figures ...

https://www.legionsofgotham.org/FIGURESmovieTDK.html

Toward the bottom, under the Movie Masters figures -- labeled "5" basic figures". They all look to be repaints, not completely new figures -- and they almost all have capes, and all have uncovered mouths. This looks like a completely new figure. Still might be nothing ... but it is a bit weird that a variant would be included in a 5-figure multi-pack.

The TDK 4-figure pack included two Batmans ... one TDK, one BB. The only one with a variant like that is the Batman/Firefly two pack which came out long after the movie, and featured a villain that wasn't in the movie.

Here are photos of a bunch of the TDKR Action Figures ...

There appear to even be variants of the fully-masked variant. There are a bunch of repainted regular TDK suits (even one in all white) ... and then a couple of repaints of the variant suit with the full mask, different belt, different structure, and no cape -- which seems weird, too.

For instance ...

Still might be nothing. One of the Deluxe figures looks almost identical to the figure in the 5-pack -- and the one in the Batman/Bane two pack it is labeled "Stealth Vision Batman". Could be just a new-costumed toy they decided to repaint a bunch. But, why create a second costume when you can just repaint the first?

The single blades on the forearms are a dead giveaway.

In hindsight If this is real I can buy the HT figure and pretend its terry mgunise from Beyond instead of a whatever his name is.

Off topic but if you were to walk in smallvile illious wearing anything from batman would the whole town jump you ?

:lol I assume you meant Metropolis, IL. And no. In fact, they sell some Batman stuff in the gift shop there. I was there last year and got a Bat symbol sticker that had been autographed by Bob Kane when he visited the town a couple of years before he died.

That action figure will have nothing to do with the movie and even still the masked ones are marked as Batman.
