You got to see them? I thought he just talked about it.

I really want to see the Moria Orc attack on the Fellowship in Lorien, the extended Prologue battle with Gil-galad's death, young Aragorn, the Aragorn suit up sequence before the Black Gate, and of course that epilogue.

It might be a memory I made up, but I think in the commentary for ROTK they mentioned a scene they shot with Sam and the Watchers at Cirith Ungol. Been a while since I've listened to that thing. I know for a fact they contemplated doing a master release where all the scenes were in order (no time jumps like the Arwen/Aragorn flashbacks or anything like that). I love all the insight about how the film was originally conceived and created.

Sorry, I was thinking the outtakes they hadn't shown before. Not those deleted scenes.

Although it's never gonna happen, I would have no problem with PJ doing some sort of Silmarillion adaptation. I'm happy with what he did with the Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit so why wouldn't I trust him with the Silmarillion. Although there's a lot of stories in there so I'm not sure what he would focus on. :lol

I would like to see Jackson tackle the Sil. He's done a fantastic job with the other films so I have no reason to believe he wouldn't do that with the Sil.

THIS!

I had an argument with someone that said ppl wouldn't like it. How dumb is that? It is an EPIC unto itself. Oh man to dream

I think eventually someone will make a move on the Silmarillion or The Book of Lost Tales, I would love to see HBO tackle this as a mini-series.
HBO is the only channel. Them or AMC would do a great job. They put a lot of money into their shows

Yup! Love their shows

I'd say most people have at least 1 AMC show and at least 1 HBO show in their top 5 favourite TV series :lol
and I'd say 90% of the time its either Breaking Bad or Game of Thrones....... or the Walking Dead
