What is the place that Gandalf goes and finds the tombs of the nazgul? Was it ever named in the books?

I'm really hoping we will see some RW or WK action in the last film. Anyone else think Legolas's personality and demeanor was way different than in the LOTR trilogy?

I noticed that, too. He seemed more warrior-like which fits being one of the Wood Elves. I think all that time at Rivendell calmed him down in LOTR.

Could see some Ringwraith stuff during the Dol Guldur battle. As far as Legolas being different. He's supposed to be. He doesn't like Dwarves yet. This is 60 years before FOTR.

Watching this Friday and quite looking forward to it. Was never a fan of any of the LOTR films until i re-watched them this year. Enjoyed the Hobbit UJ.

well, whatever unfolds in the last film, I defn like Legolas for the first time now. Turial and him make an awesome tag team.

I found Legolas a little more interesting in DoS than I did in any of the LOTR movies. He was never a favorite of mine, same with Bloom.

Also on the subject of

Having someone else Kill Smaug other than BARD. I'd have to agree that there's no chance. It may happen a little differently like Mount Doom, but the same hand will do it.

P.S Speaking of Mount Doom, what were everyone's initial reactions to that slight change?

If you notice before they become the Fellowship, Legolas shows some of the personality he shows in this movie. I think being in the Fellowship changed him. And being away from his father too. My sister in law becomes a total ***** when she gets around her father. :lol

true. In DOS he just has a fierceness in his eyes that we never had seen from him. Since we never hear about Turial in LOTR, I fear the worst for her hotness, but I would think if something did happen to her, he would have been even more bad *** in LOTR than what we saw here. Obviously, him willing to take a back seat and let Aragorn lead could have had a big impact on his personality as well cause what we see in DOS, he looks to have great potential to be a great leader.

Yeah i didn't have much problem with the CGI. The way some made it sound was like it was going to look horrible and take you out of the experience. Not so!
