So new Trailer is out....Well, Smaug sounds cool. I was hoping they didn't have him speak, but I guess maybe that wasn't realistic to expect they wouldn't let us hear him.

So I've been thinking about this for awhile, and now that I've seen this trailer it really has me thinking...

Are they going to defeat Smaug in this film? I just think since the whole trilogy is based on Reclaiming the mountain from Smaug, it would be strange to have him dealt with already by the time the third movie is out. I know they have a huge battle after, but still. Smaug is technically the main villain of the Hobbit story.
