Caught this on Saturday and it completely floored me. Kathryn Bigelow, with a main character more intricately wired than any of the bombs he attempts to diffuse, has crafted one of the best war films ever. An all around spectacular film! It better be recognized during the Oscars.

Got a chance to see this the other day myself.

What a fantastic film this is, Jeremy Renner was great as the mentally tormented Bomb Tech, I look forward to seeing this guy in many more movies. He really is leading man material. The rest of the cast was great and the cameos by Guy Pearce and Ralph Fiennes were cool.

Kathryn Bigelow directed the hell out of this, she did an excellent job and deserves major recognition for this!

I can't recommend this movie enough, it is definitely one of my favorites of the year.

Agreeing with you all the way Ill!!!!

Everyone please see The Hurt Locker!!!!

Jeremy Renner absolutely kicks ass in so many ways.

A sad story, but amazing at the same time.

Please see this movie and give it the support it deserves!!

Bought the movie as a blind buy today on Blu-ray, and I can't recommend it ENOUGH after just finishing it. I need to revise my top ten list of 2009 again now. :D

I'm not as enthusiastic about Up in the Air, but Hurt Locker is definitely in my top 5 for the year.

Watched this tonight and I really really liked this movie. My only gripe would be painting the hero as a typical adrenaline junkie that is willing to put his own soldiers lives at risk for the sake of his addiction. However, in the film it works. Especially during the ending in the grocery store. It gives new meaning to the Navy commercial when they say you could be driving a mini van. :lol
