I hear ya, but the buyer has high feedback, so I would assume they'll come through. I just don't get it...

oh i know they do. They do their homework. They may miss some minor things here and there but in this case it is the whole armor.
Yeah, maybe, but when has a marvel movie piece been in real value? Or any comic book to movie collectable for that matter? Plus the movie is closely following the comic, so stealth won't be in modern armor?
I just thought of something, if he's in stealth and not trying to be seen, why would he light up?

Hello all. Kind of new here. I was lucky enough to pick up a stealth Iron Man today. Glad I did, now that I see the demand is there, and hopefully not just temporary. I picked up mostly to finance my other purchases, mostly LOTR, premium format and HP stuff.
So I have a question. Why did Stealth Ironman sellout so quickly while the Thor/Loki diorama and the WOW diorama seem to be moving not nearly as fast? Why is this?

A lot of people missed out on the original red and gold Iron Man. Plus, character, the sculpt of the statue, the hype behind it, and the fact it has light up features, are all reasons why it's a more favoured item right now.
But you can mostly say it's due to it being a well executed sculpt and pose, the fact that as I had mentioned before people missed out on the original and it commands a big price tag on the secondary market, and of course the hype. Mostly the hype has attributed to the sell out.
