Not as heavy as it looks but heavier than a standard 1/6.
That Skull Knight looks good! I'm reading Berserk now--I started it a long time ago but didn't stick with it. I'm at the Egg of the Perfect World part. I'm going to be pissed when I catch up and have to wait for each new release.
Some guys have been with it from the very beginning or in the late 90s... I got into it a few years back and it happen to coincide with single longest hiatus the series ever got, which was over a year IIRC. Now whenever it's on hiatus, it's about 6 months or so. It doesn't hurt too bad anymore since it's just expected.
The bright side is, from the latest chapter, it's definitely getting to the ending finally and it's going back to monthly releases.
I didn't realize you were reading it. What do you think so far? I got crows to start it and he's a bit past where you're at right now.
I always liked the art and designs for the characters, but I love that I can read so much of the story now without waiting for the next installment. I'll be honest, reading it has me looking at the Prime statue more than I was before. I know it has issues, but I'm so impressed with Prime's quality on my Batman Beyond statue that I know their Guts statue will turn out amazing. That price tag tho...
I never have enough time to read! and it's weird... the older I get, the less I enjoy/want to do it! Find myself getting distracted and not wanting to do it.
I know I sound like a broken record, but I have a difficult time caring about anything in the DC film universe. I wish they'd had a couple solo films to establish the characters instead of cramming them all into a film at once. We'll get 5 minutes of backstory (maybe) to establish they're place in the world, but I'm supposed to somehow give a **** about them? It's not enough to throw some people in costumes (especially when the costumes are bad) and show them jumping and hitting stuff.

I totally get the "too busy" sentiment regarding the base. I remember reading somewhere that the guy who sculpted the statue said he didn't know if he'd get to do the character again so he put everything he wanted on there. I'd definitely prefer it with less.
I started off reading it bit by bit, but I've noticed that the time I'm spending reading is growing every time I pick back up again. It's tough to stop because it's so easy to get sucked into the story.
