If that's the case, then you may just get a couple injections of goop and everything will be fine. The shots aren't comfortable, and you'll have difficulty walking on it for a day or two but it's worth it. I have a video of one of the shots somewhere that my wife took. The needle is pretty damn big.

when I saw the top guy and he couldn't figure it out, I said **** it and would just work out anyway. Nowadays, I might get one flare up a year at most. I think it's rheumatoid arthritis since it can stay dormant for quite some time and flare up. I wish.

Here's a tip: Show up at work wearing a black satin-like jumpsuit with a reddish brown lining and same colored belt, also wear a slightly above the knee high boots with the same reddish brown hue. Make sure, you cut your beard into a boxed style, and slick back your hair. After entering your office work and everyone is looking, shout "Kneel Before Zod!!!" with feeling.
I'd love to get a Zod costume but I'd end up looking like Zod's fat *** cousin Glob. Might be worth it for a week off though.
