He said the X Rays were fine as well as the movement and strength in my knee. He said it could be the cartilage, that it could be a nice smooth road with a tiny pothole in it that's causing all of this. I really hope it's not my knee at all. My right knee bothers me sometimes as well but no where near my left. He said it could be due to it working harder than the left by compensating it.
If that's the case, then you may just get a couple injections of goop and everything will be fine. The shots aren't comfortable, and you'll have difficulty walking on it for a day or two but it's worth it. I have a video of one of the shots somewhere that my wife took. The needle is pretty damn big.
