Of all the dementia's, I'd say the one that would be worst experienced would be Alz or Huntingtons. Lewy Body disease is so fast that you really don't even get to process what's going on. With Alzheimer's, you have antero- and retrograde amnesia so you are just existing as confused in later stages (your awareness is most likely that of apathy moreso than depression).

Terminal cancer seems more affectively worse to me but at least you are mostly alert for most of it. Dementia is worse for the family (e.g. providing care and coverage). It's quite sad to see in person.

It really depends. My grandmother when she was alive had multiple heart attacks and they vary. The first one she had she was at work and didn't know what it was.

I get those "What am I doing with my life?" moments every now and then, but I've tried to stop worrying about age milestones. Once I hit 40 I decided "**** it"--my age is my age and there's nothing I can do about it.

I had a pretty bad depression about it a few years ago as I was getting closer to 30. I've come to just accept it and not think about. You can die at anytime, so why worry about it.

The way I figure it, even people that seem to be doing well have their share of problems. Money, wife/husband, kids, etc.--none of those things guarantee you happiness. Just gotta live your life the best you can. Hopefully you find a job you like, find someone to love that loves you back, and have as little drama as possible at work and home. Find happiness where you can and let go of all the ******** that holds you back from that happiness.

Yeah thats true, it is true what u say but sometimes it feels like there are some milestones that as a species in our society we are supposed to achieve like having a family at a certain age or some other stuff like that.

I understand people have completely different lives from each other in general but sometimes it feels like some stuff arrives to most at certain ages.

ain't no "supposed" about it dude! let that shiz go... it's all about what YOU want, not what others dictate to you or pigeon hole you into via age old stereotypes or cookie cutter molds that people try to convince themselves they need to follow. that imaginary box that a lot of people running around try to fit themselves into is a joke. do what makes you happy, how it makes you happy and when it makes you happy. check all the rest at the door. :wink1:

Those milestones move as societal norms change though. People used to generally get married and have kids in their young 20's, but now that's changing to be more common in late 20's/early 30's. I read something the other day that more and more people aren't moving out of their parent's house until they're in their early 30's. You just have to live your life however it works for you, and **** whatever anyone else thinks about it. Jumping into marriage or kids because you're getting to a certain age or because that's what most people around you are doing is a horrible idea. I think if you live your life according to how you're "supposed" to, the odds are against you being truly happy because you're living according to the standards of others and not your own.

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Pro Design again.

Here's my Conroy and Hamill signatures. I wish Hamill would have put a little something extra on it, but I consider myself lucky that I got it at all. They made everyone put away their phones and cameras so I couldn't get a pic of him signing it.

Plus I got Adam West's autograph. I didn't get Burt Ward's because **** him. I hated Robin on that show.
