He looks badass. Those combiners are huge in person. I got the Devastator set from SDCC a few years ago and couldn't believe how big the box was when they handed it to me. It was a good thing I'd planned on shipping stuff home because the box was bigger than my carry-on.

the last TF I owned were from the War for Cybertron games, but I went and sold them. I kinda regret that now.

I had a few TF, but sold them off. I am partial to the MPP10, it's such an amazing figure that everyone on the TF boards hate because it's a bootleg of the MP10.

I still haven't picked up Prime figure. They keep re-releasing it so I keep waiting for a deal. At some point, I'm just going to have to bite the bullet and get one.

I think if they would have dropped the price a bit, Optimus would have sold better and they could have continued with a couple more characters. I would have loved to have seen them make Soundwave.

It's the Toyworld set... biggest one they make that's pretty close to right MP scale. Think it's about 20" tall! Heavy!

but has nothing on the omega supreme they just put out! around 2' tall!! ****** monster!! Won't fit on the shelf he's too tall!!

That's an awesome TF collection! I have about a dozen, but there are at least a dozen more I'd like to get at some point. I may order the Fans Toys Arcee next.

Yeah like zod said it's the predaking set. But it's actually the oversized KO version. They basically took the feral rex set that MMC made and scaled it up to be a lot larger.

Any of you get the HT version? I thought it looked pretty nice.

I had it. It was a pretty cool figure... just didn't fit in w/ the rest of the figure collection... plus it was way too expensive at retail.

Oh man so many of the nerds on the TF front make it so UN-fun to collect stuff with their complete ignorance with the figures. They ramble on like robotic morons with their "takara is god" babble. The 3rd party scene has exploded and given us some fantastic figures... but the fanboys that look like fools like to create so much drama it's pathetic. i picture them sitting in their parent's basements playing with their pet tarantula and/or snakes, while stroking their official MP figures!

Again, the purist mentality is infuriating and I know how that niche clique of the TF can be. There's been a lot of third party TF stuff I've seen on BBTS that I think looks pretty damn good. Especially the upgrade parts for stuff that was officially licensed. It just goes to show that first party figures need to step it up.

Watching the Avengers 4 trailer makes me wish DC had their **** together and could have Darkseid show up. ugh. Fun trailer though.

the funny thing is, they (takara and 3rd party companies) all talk among themselves... they have interaction with each other and know what projects they are all doing. there is sharing of info of designs. i have friends that run stores and know people from both sides of the fence. these morons that act like takara is the end all be all are just so clueless to what is really going on.
