That's awesome. I'm talking to the people at More Great Art to see if they'll drop the price a bit on this one.

That black and white art is beautiful. I took a summer class on comic illustration and I have no idea how these guys just pump this stuff out on a daily basis.

No kidding. It blows my mind watching some of them do it live too. It's amazing how quickly they can sketch something that blows anything I can do to ****.

Beautiful works of art, but in sense Zod; everybody is great at different things.

I may not be able to draw illustrations as good as those artists. However my leatherworking and 3D modeling is my own thing, so Zod whatever you are great at in life is really your passion of potential.

I sometimes remind myself people still go see a Picasso even though it's very intriguing or less defined than say Da Vinci or Van Gogh.

I'm sure your drawings with a certain spin in right direction could be great.

True, it'd be cool to be able to draw like that though. I just don't have the time (or talent) to really devote to it.

Funko is doing a new line called Pint Size Heroes. The first DC wave is all Batman. Soon as they go Superman I'm going to be all over these. I may pick up the Batman Beyond one at some point though. I like his mad face.

I wish we had a branch of comics that were B&W like manga, with just the covers and a couple pages to have color.

Coloring more often than not, kills a huge amount of detail from the original pencils.

I don't get jealous very often but it hits me when it comes to art. Kenneth Rocafort is one of my favorite artists. The detail in his pencil work is amazing! Of course, then I hear about how many hours they put into perfecting their art and I know I'd never have that kind of commitment to anything :lol

Yeah Perfect Effect does great work. This went up for order the other day, based on Optimal Optimus from BW.

Had no idea about this, just pre-ordered this Optimal Optimus bootleg from BBTS :rock. Season 3 of Beast Wars was my favorite of the series, I loved when Primal underwent his transformation after merging Prime's spark with his own.

Awesome! You going to frame it?

Eventually. I have a few other pieces that I need to get framed too. I'd like to have them all up together if I can find enough wall space.

It ain't done 'til it's done. ;) :lol

Isn't that the truth? Every time I say I'm done spending money for awhile, something that I've been looking for suddenly pops up at a good price. My main problem is that I never stop looking for stuff. :lol
