Wow. Since I mentioned in the memo section of my order that I'd heard there was a discount for SSF members, Aaron applied the discount to my order. My total came to $580 shipped. Pretty awesome of him to do that for me.

Well I live one state over from AP, so shipping is always pretty cheap when I buy from them. That's all I can think of.

Do people think this will be as heavy as the original Hulk PF? Or more hollow and light weight like the Thing PF?

no way, but it's still heavy. They listed at around 40 lbs, so skaar weight.

I am kind glad, otherwise will have serious concerns regarding my shelf collapsing as i will be displaying him with the rest of the avenger pfs on 1 shelf...

Ok, thanks.

Is there any reason this is being called a Maquette instead of a PF?

i am not 100% certain but i think they only call sideshow designed/manufactured 1/4 statues premium format.

This was created by legacy not sideshow hence it's called a maquette.

Sideshow also calls anything that cannot be correctly scaled due to real life size a maquette (like the galactus/optimus prime etc..).

The term maquette is not very well defined but above are two examples they would label something a maquette.

Simples!
Comiquette = Comic Version.
Maquette = Movie Version.
The question is why wasn't this a PF?
It's mixed media and 1:4 scale. Probably because there is already a Hulk PF?

Maquettes are movie version characters. PFs and Coms are comic based. Maquettes can also contain cloth elements as well as PFs. That's what can cause some confusion.
