I really like this piece. However, if the price is too high I'll have no problems passing on it. It's still a maquette. Everyone of my statues is comic based except my modern Ghost Rider maquette. Movie based statues are a lot easier for me to pass on. Sooner or later, SSC will make a 1/4 fully sculpted Hulk. If that looks good, there's no way I'll pass on that.

I prefer the same if possible however, like the Movie Cap I just bought impressed me so much this thing will likely be just as amazing. I would prefer also to stay more comic based.

It is two pf so the price is fair on those which i was on wl two hours after release that day, wish i knew what time it was going to go up, but it came out of the blue. Hopefully this doesn't come out of the blue.

True but Hulk will eclipse the droids in size so what's a fair price you think? That's the million dollar question.

No doubt it will be over priced. I won't be pre ordering, Sideshow is to freaking inconsistent. I'll wait till I see in hand pieces that don't suck. I'll wait to see if it doesn't flake, or crack, or leak, or fall apart in some classic Sideshow fiasco. Then I'll order. So I'll probably have at least a year from now to worry about paying for this.

Yeah. I don't understand the "surprise/outrage" over the droid prices. Don't get me wrong I would have loved it to be cheaper. But I was not shocked one bit woth the price on that. I figured 350.00 a piece plus all the light work. So 750.00 was my guess. I would have been shocked if it was more and pleasently suprised if it was less.


Now I am just really hoping that SS don't decide to call the Hulk maquette a LSF.

If Sideshow does call Hulk an LSF I'm more than likely out.

Nah man. Hulk will be in scale with the 1:4 Thor, IM and Cap. For him to be an LSF he needs to be a little bit bigger.

I have to agree. They are also still calling it a maquette on their site. They even have it in big letters at the SDCC preview page.
