Hopefully soon. I'm betting comic con. Triforce are working on them and factory entertainment is doing stuff that I hope is action figures. I really hope we get a glimpse soon.

I'd be on board with that list! Aside from the obvious, of course haha.

Although, Nadji Jeter and Brandon Scott (the two who voiced Sam and Henry) would be better choices to play their own characters if you ask me. Not only do they look the part, but have the prior experience to boot.

On a slightly unrelated note, I hate how much Ellen Page and Ellie look alike. I always attributed her "ripped off my look" comment to celebrity arrogance, but it's like a slap in the face with each new comparison picture I see.

The instant they announced the movie, Brolin popped into my head for Joel - he's perfect.

Ellen Page as Ellie? She'd never accept it, not after she claimed Naught Dog ripped off her image. Overall, I'd say that the cast they choose is pretty solid.

That casting call list is great. I don't think Joel's or of course Sarah's are, but other than that, not a bad list. And we know Ellen Page is a no go on Ellie.

Sorry to double post this (posted in the kai interest thread as well).

For any of you guys who got the Kai sculpt unpainted, or have experience painting these types of resin heads, is there a safe product to use to remove paint should it go wrong. I am going to start my Joel really soon but am reluctant until I know I have a way to start again without melting the head

First time kitbashing, the head and shirt is from Kai studio. Followed their website's directions to buy the other parts and how to modify them, used diluted watercolor for weathering the clothes. Still waiting for the flashlight and also bought a green jacket/red hoodie to make a winter version. Been seeing a lot of great kitbashes for last of us, especially the Joel and diorama from MarfMaster.
