Plus even though it's accurate to the show, there's something about the short legs and odd proportions that I find a bit too distracting.

Yeah, that is one major reason I haven't gotten any of the Rogue One/Mando style troopers. Really hate that they made those armor changes in the newer stuff.

I want to complete the Mandalorian line up and the temptation to add this guy to my trooper ranks was too much to bear! Ended up dumping some RP on him to bring him down to $90. :yess:

Personally, I really dig the Rogue One style armor. Definitely, strikes me as the symmetrical "way it was supposed to be" kinda version. Troopers like the HT ROTJ I dont dig as much due to the rolled edges on the chest plate, Green lenses, and huge mouth piece. I do however, wish the rogue one design would have stuck with the leather e11 holster.

Though I understand everyone has their favorites as far as the designs are concerned.

I'm with you on the Rogue One armour; it looks more believable to me although the original ANH helmets are still my favourite.

Agreed I do really dig the ANH helmet as well.

Yep, loved the Remnant troops as they appeared on-screen for The Mandalorian -- Rogue One armour with ANH-style helmets. They were more symmetrical Anovos or similar, but retained the aggressive, angular line on the eye ridges.

Yeah also think it adds character to them as "remnants". Not all troopers looking the same or are even using the same weapons lends creedence to them cobbling together their supplies and armor.

But not the sharp angles in the lenses. This is the main thing I dislike on the Rogue One troopers. Lenses look like sunglasses. Too many rounded corners.

Luckily with all the weathering etc this can be camouflaged somewhat. But it still jumps out at me as sort of wrong to my mind's eye.

I’m so happy.
I ordered this guy from Sideshow.
Used some gift cards(NRD’s returned to me)
Knocked off around $75.
My twin brother offered to pay for it.
It’s going to be a Christmas gift.

Landed home today (ordered at TBA)

Mine was due to be delivered on Monday, but it was sent via the US Mail, and though it's been in the city since Saturday, they still haven't been able to deliver it.

Ordered from HK as well?

Around here, i'm happy to have it delivered by national post services instead of UPS. Saves me a lot in "extra charges".

Do you save by using US Mail instead of other carriers?

Hey, Tee-Kay, how long was it between your Incinerator Trooper being shipped and arriving from TBA? He marked mine down as shipped 12 days ago and it's still showing as 'Arrived at processing centre' with Hong Kong Post.

Hong Kong postal services picked up my parcel on the 12th and it boarded its flight to France on the 17th. Landed in Paris on the 19th and delivered on the 21st.

I believe the very few active flights implied by the current pandemic greatly slow down and randomize the whole process.

For example, another figure i purchased from KG hobby was collected on the 14th but only left on the 21st. At least, i have access to accurate and reliable datas.

Messy background Phone pic incoming!

A lot of the feedback already mentioned is pretty fair having him in hand now. Weathering and scratches could be better, but he was pretty glossy in the show so no biggie.. This dude is still awesome :clap looks great with my rogue one jedha troopers.

I also wish they had better weathering in the show but hearing the conversations between troopers, Moff Gideon would probably execute his troopers if they don't keep their armour clean.

9 days is a great turnaround. It finally shipped this morning, so hopefully it'll be here early next week.

No, mine is coming from an online retailer in the States. They usually don't use the post office for delivery, but they did in this case. Shipping was free, so I didn't select by which method they'd deliver it.
It looks like it's finally out for delivery today, so I should have it soon.

So has anyone actually gotten around to removing the fat suit on the Incinerator/Remnant/Rogue One Stormtroopers?

Did anyone have a tutorial at hand? I'm tempted to remove the fat suit, but I'm a little bit scared of cracking open in the wrong places, etc.
