You know it's coming. HT will wait until the regular version releases and then say "hey, now you can buy this deluxe version from us for even more money ". I think I'll wait a while before I buy this figure just for that one reason

Agreed. I love where this is going and really hope this ties into TROS. Having another one of Yoda's species on screen is huge. And he would be around 80-90 years old by then, so maybe he would be more matured and could take part in the conflict.

And since there is going to be a Season 2, I'm def holding off on any Mando figs until we see where this goes. He could end up having multiple versions. You know how HT does it.

I don't know about going that far....would be a bit much baby Yoda turning up to save the day. However it does beg the question given his age, what are they going to do with him with respect to the ST ? I guess they'll be looking for an emotional end with stakes.....

I can see HT milking this character with a battle damaged version.

As for the show, I like it for what it is, which is simply following one character in his "day in the life" type of story.

The OT fan nods are definitely cool. Just enough to bring on a smile without going overboard.

Still getting used to the music, though.

With the internet you cannot avoid spoilers.

Simultaneous Worldwide release or people will look for any means to keep in the loop.

I've seen review videos on YouTube of the first 2 episodes of The Mandalorian and I must say that it looks fantastic! I'll definitely be picking this action figure up come next year.

Not gonna lie, I wish this Mandalorian figure was a quarter scale and not only 1/6th scale. Might have to wait on that one though.

I don't think it will tie in to the new movie. The movie comes out on the 20th and season 1 ends on the 27th. It may ruin the season finale if you see the baby running around in TROS. Also, not everyone will have seen the show when the movie comes out.

This is one time I agree with everyone who says not everything has to connect. It?s far enough from the ST to be its own thing.

With that said, baby Yoda better not die so they could use data to help create Rey or something stupidly convoluted.

I agree. Some places around the world will not get Disney+ until next year so it would just be confusing to include anything from this show unless it's some unimportant easter egg in the background of a shot.

Also if it did connect they would have said something. We have already been told the Loki show is connected to the next Dr Strange movie

Hoping - even after the ST Is wrapped up next month - that this show stays it?s own entity. Season 4, 5... 10 or however many seasons this may go, that it stays and ends on its own path. It doesn?t need to connect with anything.

Only 2 episodes in and I already hope HT has some additional accessories planned. This might be one of the few times they could justifiably put out an accessory set and please both fans and themselves. So much had to be kept under wraps that key additions were bound to be missed. Little things like the Beskar chip and Mon Cal currency and much larger ones like the asset and transporter would be great in an accessory set. I’d love if they came with the Mando or IG-11 but I don’t see HT being that generous with unsolicited accessories. By the time the Mando gets his full Beskar suit, there will probably be plenty of other accessories to include in that version that these early episode accessories may still get left out.
