Only one short scene loosely does.
I have no faith that Hasbro will even do that. Mando could of had an epic line with multiple waves with 30+ figures and vehicles. All we got were scraps.
If KK were in charge, absolutely would be. Also would undoubtedly be a brunette.
I hope the last scene does what the cartoon did and show Palpatine being kidnapped and the boys getting into their ships.

I have hope 'coz it seemed like Favreau & co. were quietly working away on Season 2 while TROS released and everyone was paying attention to that - positively or negatively.
IMO it's usually better when people like Favreau and Filoni are allowed to work in peace - still strikes me how HAPPY cast and crew seemed to be last year; really into what they were doing. Cutting edge filming techniques, too.
IMO it's when the studio starts paying attention and hanging around is when problems start, tho not always. 'Coz they wanna milk that cash cow for the green. Ruins creativity
. Needless to say KK needs to be kept far, far away from Mandalorian. Just sign the checks. I hope that Disney has enough sense to let Favreau - who went in with a whole arc in mind - do his thing, and concentrates more on other projects. Mando can't carry Disney+ on its own. Was looking forward to the Obi-wan series.
(Not that I've been able to watch Disney+ via the Firestick app; been down for several days, IMO the app at least in Firestick sux. Hafta keep reinstalling etc.

As he mentions in the video. This is SOOO smart to get known 80's movie heroes in some of the roles. Of course it's Faverau and/or Filoni behind that idea. It's one more hook to get the potential older OT crowd (who are generally the parent paying for Disney+) on board for The Mandalorian, and makes it so much cooler.

Imagine finally getting a proper Biehn HT figure almost 40 years later that isn't Kyle Reese. Excited to see his Mando part though.
In a perfect world we would get both Kyle and Hicks this year. But I'll take his Mando character.

BTW, I caught the end of Grindhouse: Death Proof this morning on TV. I'd forgotten about Rosario burying the heel of her cowboy boot in Kurt Russell's face at the very end. That movie is insane.
