It wasnt adults that ****ed Jake loyd up it was his classmates, kids his age constantly teasing him. He just couldnt handle it most famous kids would spin that **** back at the bullys but jake didnt have the confidence nor the mental stability to handle being famous ar that age. Most famous people get attacked in someway, jealous people are ruthless, it comes with the job. The lead actor from a show my wife watches called outlander is having similar issues as an adult. Dude wanted to kill himself over what he called fan abuse and just quit social media. Like the actress that played our favorite character in the star wars sequel trilogy... she couldnt hang and bailed out from social media, doesnt have the self esteem required to be famous. Grant gustin, the flash on cw is another actor who lashed out and withdrew from social media after fans were critiquing how bad he looked in the new costume and how puny and skinny he was

It was both though. That was just at school. Ask Ahmed Best for the rest. Those kids were *******s just like the adults and media who bullied him. Plain and simple.

Ahmed was getting it from adults Saying he was racist for playing such a part, just like the other two adult actors i mentioned who were being harassed by other adults. Jake got harassed by his classmates before social media even existed. There isnt a single adult i know that blames jake loyd for ruining the phantom menace. He was just a kid with a bad script, he shouldnt have been cast to begin with none of this is his fault. He was fine in jingle all the way, gl isnt the best director for actors esp young ones or inexperienced ones, he doesnt give much direction or guidance. His mantra has always been to shoot the scene and be done with it, not get the best out of the actor, his focus was on special effects and eye candy. Natalie portman is a wonderful actress but with george she couldnt act to save her life because he gave no guidence and was content with mediocre line delivery of his terrible script

I remember seeing him at an autograph table at Celebration V and he was signing somebody's photograph and then he looked up and saw a fan in a full Jango Fett costume walking by who was just minding his own business. Logan jumped up from his seat, ran around the table and over to the guy shouting "DAD?!?? You're alive?? DAD!!!! I thought I lost you forever!!!" He made such a commotion that everyone within like a hundred feet or more was turning to see what was going on.

As much as I hate the Jango/Young Boba stuff he genuinely cracked me up with that move, lol. The guy in the Jango costume was probably um what the hell.
