Good, closing well before the ST. Because don't know how you "remove from canon". It's like Jar-Jar. If something is made, and out there, it's out there. There are folks that love the ST.

Besides, in theory - my own head canon and that in myth/philosophy - there's no such thing as JUST the Light. Makes total sense that Empire remnants are in the shadows plotting, even as the New Republic tries to get established. There's always light and dark.

But I think Grogu will be returned to Mando sooner than later. Too much money to be made, for one thing.

In this theory, grogu would be returning with the main cast in season 4 of the Mandalorian(with a timeskip after the season 3), season 3 would be all Mandalorian Wars with a little of Trawn and showing Grogu past while he trains as a side story.

I'd be good with that. For one thing, Grogu IMO needs to get far enough a along so we find out 1) whether he wants to be a Jedi and 2) be able to say a few words in a common language.

Then there's Moff Gideon. Found it interesting that the Dark Troopers would have killed all except Gideon and Child. So they were programed to not hurt Grogu, But Moff was willing to kill himself and Grogu. Which tells me that Grogu is someone Moff doesn't want anyone else to have. Pretty sure Gideon is gonna escape, so possibly Din D'jarin takes off after him. Interesting because at that point, does Luke or others sense the danger?

Nobody did re Order 66, so....:dunno

Meanwhile there's the fate of the Darksaber. Would Din D'jarin keep it, or leave it to Bo-Katan to look after? And I am looking forward to seeing Mandalore, live action.
I kinda hope Din D'jarin keeps and uses the Darksaber for a little while.

Hearing all these theories on Grogu taking over Star Wars reminds me of when TFA came out and everyone was convinced that Plagueis was back, even pointing to music cues and every other possible thing they could use to justify it.

When Obi-Wan drops, people will forget about Grogu. Something new and shiny will grab attention. Boba Fett will distract. So will just about every show coming soon. I'm sure Grogu will make his necessary appearances, especially when a show needs a boost... but I think his gag is finished and his legend will simply grow into fan fiction and EU history.

Perhaps he'll be adolescent Grogu in the next ST. I doubt Disney would waste him by having Kylo kill him though. Like Yoda before him, he's out there, somewhere, also hiding.

How does a non existent character based off theories is in ANY WAY the same as a pop culture star making millions and millions for the company? What kind of logic is that :cuckoo:

His gag?

You people are utterly non-sensical to think Grogu is done. Completely devoid of all reason.

Speaking for myself, nope. Maybe I take these shows/movies too seriously. Until I don't (like when TROS lost me a few minutes in, d@mmit, because it was obvious pretty fast this was gonna kind of be like watching Transformers so turn your brain off.)

Which depends a lot on the writing/editing/directing. At least for me, there were a lot of things that grabbed me about the Mandalorian - the "everyman" motif chucking everything to protect an innocent, the hardscrabble Outer Rim setting, the contrast of this innocent with tremendous potential power, the quirky not-royal characters, the identity and culture conflicts.

Tho I don't doubt there's a large part of the audience with a short attention span who can't wait to move on to the next big thing.

King of Pop Culture

Everyone knows his name

Dominating merchandise

Making fat stacks of cash for Disney

Nothing but positive attention and love all over the internet

DURRRR BABY YODA IS DONE DURRRR

And I get called stupid. :lol

Absolutely astounding.

Actually the elements of Dark Empire storyline can save the whole ST if they use it the right way alongside with the Mandalorian.

Relax ducky don?t let them get you riled up buddy. We are all good friends here lol. Let them like the ST. We both know it?s failed and so do they but they enjoy it so leave it be. If it gets retconned fine but if not then fine. Star Wars will continue to grow and the stuff we will talk about will be buried. Hopefully the bad. Just calm down . Everything is good here .

This thread. :lol Not even three full days have passed since Luke Skywalker was brought back the way so many had apparently been clamoring for, and... this thread. :lol

But Trump supporters wants to die, just look at how they behave, they don't even wanna wear mask in a middle of a global pandemic.

That was my point essentially but Ducky wants so badly to turn it into something else.

You know I've never given Ducky a bad time about being a Trump supporter and I never will.
