I just can't believe how badly Nick Nolte has aged... He looks terrible.

They really didn't need CGI to use Nick Nolte in a scary fantasy/sci-fi story setting.

Fempire? ...god Tali, I so much want to like you, but that?s just... sad

It is. Seriously.

Never let a story get in the way of a great agenda.

As much as I want you to like me, if it's played safe - from the safe space that is - the ending is foretold.

Well, for me the ?agenda? didn?t get in the way of a good story. But I honestly have to say that I appreciate the agenda as well so that might be why.
...but you know my opinion on this. I might as well just give up on the discussion like everyone else ?on my side?.
I do apologized for my ?want to like you? comment though - I like you in spite of your outdated opinions on the matter [emoji6]
I made that comment just after receiving an absolutely laughable comment in another thread by the biggest troll on this forum... [emoji8]

When this neo cultural revolution's over, when we have all screamed and begged and wept through our struggle sessions to repudiate the evils of our trans-exclusionary radical feminism, and we all drag our intersectionality around like Tom Cruise drags trash bags in Risky Business ... you might be surprised whose opinions, in the end, will be outdated.

Lunatics always appreciate lunacy, unaware it's the moon doing the talking. And this moon... has waxed and is now on the wane.

...wow.
Apologies retracted.

And just when I was thinking something finally came along that we could all agree on, and there could be peace for a change.

No. No peace, apparently.

What did they always say whenever I didn't like the flavor of the month?

"Some men just want to watch the world burn."

That was pretty damn rude, Slikker. Just saying....a supposed enlightened, progressive individual like yourself that's on a higher evolutionary plane than the rest of us should surely have some sympathy for the lesser beings at your feet.

Not sure what you find so rude? That I thought that calling the Disney agenda a ?Fempire? is outdated and unfair? Did you read the comments I was responding to? If that?s so offensive, would it help if I called the statements old fashioned instead? How is your sarcastic remarks about my being and opinions not rude?
Just trying to understand what offended you so much and I will try not to offend you again.

Any idea or official statement on the age of The Mandalorian? When it comes to bounty hunting he seems very experienced and in his element. When confronted with creatures or non criminal species he has gotten beaten quite badly. I like to think he is young and still has much to learn. Its good to be excited about Star Wars again. Production on the show has been great in my opinion. The thing I most hope to see is more of the crimelords and scum and villainy. I like what little of the underworld we saw in AOTC and would like to see more of that in this series.

Based on the actor playing Mando I bet they?ll peg his age around mid 30s. That and he?s still gathering his armor and whatnot. I?m looking forward to seeing more of the fractured Empire higher ups trying to hold on to some power.

Arguing is an utter waste of time and it clearly violates the "politics" rule so I'm just gonna drop it.

I'm not gonna post again unless it's about the TV show we're talking about.
