the first time i saw this i laughed so hard, even brutal people have their soft side

you laugh but you cant tell me that when this song kicks in it isn't heavy/brutal!

I hate all the mc talk stuff but if you listen to this on a good sound system you are in for a treat.

listening to the first 42 seconds will not kill you..........but what happens after that might do the trick!

REMEMBER IT IS ONLY TO BE LISTENED TO EXTREMELY LOUD!

yeah i was just messing with you, my problem with dubstep and skrillex is that every song sounds the same in that they all do that same noise like BWOOP BWOOP BOWM BOWM, is like up down up down noises, like they dont have much range in their sounds, to me it sounds like they have two pitches thats it, ( I know ironically they say the same thing about metal, that it sounds the same, but is different, like, Skrillex really does the same thing in every song, that's what I dont like, like if at least the dubstep stuff it sounded different)
I Loved the korn Skirllex song because then they added rock and guitars and singing so it was different, but when i hear dubstep, i dont hate it, it just sounds like Transformers farts to me :lol

Transformers farts has to be my second favourite description of dubstep after listening to a fax machine! :clap

:rotfl thats a really good one too, didn't think about that, but seriously when I hear Dubstep it sounds just like transformers noises, Battleship had some of those too,
Listen to this and tell me that doesnt sound like Dubstep
(actually if dubstep sounded like this, like Robot music I would like it, but what I dont like is the same up and down noise they always do)

Not all of it but fair point. lol
Don't repeat this anywhere else though as Michael Bay might try to move in to music next! :wink1:

What about Epica's singing don't you like? Is it Mark Jansen's death growls? They definitely are a lot harder than Within Temptation. But they are also a lot more cerebral than any other Syymphonic Metal band I've found. Very complex musically, and very thematic lyrically. I really love Epica. I love the combination of these two songs back to back on "The Divine Conspiracy". The first is one of their more complex/progressive songs, and the second one is more pop like and kind of like desert. :):

.
Epica is really good and i like some of their songs, my sister is really really into them, she was the one that showed me, but Actually is the girl that Im not too found of lol, I love the growling just fine,
I don't know the only band I like that are like this is Within Temptation, but the reason I dont really like Epica is the same reason i dont like Nightwish, they go into the melodic too much, and they are really great singers but starts to sound too much like opera, which is not a bad thing but I like the melody to stay in the instruments while the singing is pure brutal, im not a huge fanof the opera singing, i love female singers though,

that's why is hard for me to find bands i Like, because they tend to go into extremes, either they are too hard and not enough melody, or they have too much melody and not enough metal,

I like this song , nice combination between hard playing and melody,

I Also love Hecate Enthroned, one of my favorite bands to listen to, I wish their sound was a little cleaner, but, I love them

If you don't know them check out The Human Abstract but I'd only recommend the last album Digital Veil. Might just be the right mix of metal and melody you look for.

And here's some more crazies for TheMadButcher...or anyone else if they like :wink1:

Electro/metal
The Algorithm
MIMK (Medusa In My Knickers) :lol

Metal vocalists that think Deicide was easy listening :rotfl
Gorod - Gutting Job
Benighted - Asylum Cave

Enjoy....if you can :wink1:

Love this band. What an intro! If I'm not mistaken it is an interview with Joseph Kallinger

Is this vocalist crazy enough for you?
