Hasbro did make a Cpatain Antilles about a year or two ago.

Just noticed this; hasbro made a 3" 3/4 Captain Antilles, but they never made a 12" version. No company has. They didn't even do a Rebel Fleet Trooper!

I say go for a full Tantive IV set up to celebrate the 30th anniversary and start off the military line--

Jan--Stormtrooper (start the military line with a bang)
Feb--Rebel Fleet Trooper (Give the stormie an enemy, get a diorama going)
Mar--Princess Leia ANH (in white dress, give us a major character)
Apr--Captain Antilles (a minor but cool character for the scene, ala Kit Fisto)
May--Darth Vader (because it's the 30th ann. and it DARTH VADER)
June--C-3PO/R2-D2

That's as far as I'll go, but look! That's a great mix of minor and major characters, they can mix with lots of other set-ups, and they make a complete Tantive IV diorama! Finish it with an environment with the blast doors (with exclusive "blown up" version!)!

I can dream..................

I think Leia and the droids would fit better in the Heros of the Rebellion line than the Military of Star Wars, and Vader is probably more of a candidate for the Sith line. I'm hoping the military line to be more about troops, officers, and pilots from both sides of the war. Antilles certainly fits in that category.

Slightly off topic, but does anyone know whats up with all the Antilles in the SW Universe?

There's Wedge Antilles of Corellia (which may be EU so I know not everyone considers it happening so no need to point it out, just feel free to pretend I didn't say it)
Bail Antilles of Alderaan (as mentioned in TPM)
Colton Antilles (who I assume is from Alderaan and the person Bail Organa gives R2 and 3PO to)

Maybe Antilles is the Smith or Jones of the star wars universe.

Although an uncommon man, Wedge has a common name. A number of characters in Star Wars stories have had the last name "Antilles," but very few of them are related. Interestingly enough, in the early draft scripts of Star Wars, Wedge was a young human pilot named "Chewie."

Actor Denis Lawson -- who is Ewan McGregor's real-life uncle -- played Wedge Antilles in the classic trilogy. Although the script identifies him as Wedge Antilles, and the voiceover is the same, that is not Lawson sitting beside Mark Hamill during the Yavin briefing. Lawson was unavailable that day for shooting and another actor filled in. This has led to fans identifying that particular Wedge as the "fake Wedge," although it is intended as the same character. Lawson's name is misspelled "Dennis" in the credits to A New Hope.

Yeah, a classic Stormtrooper would really hit the spot. Aything else would be cool, BUT it would just make most of us go "Oh good, this lines hit, WHERE'S THE STORMTROOPERS???" Plus wouldn't rebel soldiers fit into "Heros of the Rebelion" line? Or is that just for the heads up, Han, Wedge, Lando etc.?

If and when they do troopers, I hope they don't have any type of limit on how many people can buy. I'll be getting at least 4 Stormies and I'm sure there are people here who would like to get a lot more.

If you're going to get that many you may be better off getting 1 exclusive from sideshow and the other three from dealers. Unless you really want four exclusives or want them directly from sideshow for some reason or other.
