He didn't get shot in each eye, you crazy :cuckoo:

He's shot somewhere on his forehead. But it' s hard to tell what was the intent. If it was that she shot both eyes, then they did a bad job at trying to show that. After he's shot twice, there is a close up the last long enough to see that the blood is flowing from above his eyes. Too long if they wanted to give the impression that his eyes were shot. But on the other hand, there is no bullet holes on the mask like you stated.

I'll take it as the bullets when through the hair badly grazing the top of his head which causes the blood flow. That's what I'm sticking too:lol

She fired two shots then we see Myers bleeding from both eye holes and then starts swiping the air because he can't see. There were no other bullet holes seen on the mask. And you call me crazy. :lol

I never gave it a lot of thought. But who cares? The blood tear mask is awesome regardless.:rock

I could've sworn that somewhere in a doc or article on Halloween, that's addressed as an FX error.

Well if you want to get technical.

Pause the Bluray when she fires , the trajectory of the gun and muzzle flash completely misses him all together :lol

This color is hard to get since it changes so easy.....the following pics where taken right after eachoter during daylight. One picture is towards a bit more light from the window, looks how easy it influences the color from blue to green. Both photo's are the same coveralls!

............................

Both seem good to me....

I like the image of Myers bleeding from the eyes but I never liked 2. It's boring. All the hospital stuff is just boring to look at. Never liked the whole "Laurie Strode is Myers sister" crap either. It's like they were really reaching and trying to make it different and interesting. And I ****ing hate Michael Myers in that movie! He moves like a robot. There were some scenes where we saw something similar in the original but nothing to the extent as in 2. Like the part where he's walking very, very slowly down the steps and he's looking dead forward. Why can't he look down the steps?? You know to watch where he is going. What, is that supposed to be scary?? Lame. Not to mention that Laurie apparently becomes an expert marksman at the end. Yeah, **** that movie.

I completely agree. H2 has a couple of worthy scenes, but overall it's a stale film. The hospital setting was creepy and desolate, but that was the only thing this film brough to the table. The ICONIC score which played a bigger role in the original film than any of the main characters was practically non-existent in this follow-up. I wouldn't call this a terrible sequel, but it's certaintly one that doesn't deserve the praise it constantly recieves.

Im one of the few people that actually liked the sister storyline. It gave Michael a unique motivation which set him apart from other movie killers and neccessetated the writers of future sequels to establish a sense of continuity between films.

If it wasn't for the family angle, the Halloween series would most likely resemble the Friday the 13th films, where every movie Myers hacks up a brand new batch of random teens we have never seen before and don't care about.

Did you miss the whole Thorn angle? :lol And then there was the reality TV Halloween flick with Busta, which had zip to do with Lorie and turned Michael into Jason loooooong before Zombie did. :monkey1

Thorn might have ultimatly been stupid, but Halloween 4 and chunks of Halloween 5 were pretty damn good horror movies. There is no way those movies would have resembled what we have if they hadn't been forced to work the family angle into them.

Even most of what is good about Halloween H20 has to do with the brother/sister stuff between Michael and Laurie. I guess you could argue that not alot would change if they did the same movie with no blood relation between Michael and Laurie, but there is no way that awesome last scene would have been nearly as effective, nor would there have been much of a reason for Michael to have tracked Laurie down.
