I cracked...
$1700 delivered directly from Sideshow. If anything is wrong or I'm not satisfied, the dealer said they'd issue a pre-paid shipping label. If it turns out good, I'm selling off some more stuff and buyin a 1:2 T-800.
p.s. my fiance' is out in Anaheim, CA right now and is going to ____ a brick or two when she comes home to this.

Just remember to ask them to declare it at full value or you'll be SOL if it comes busted up.
I'd pay with my credit card and that insures the item regardless of cost its sent as [got that one covered]

When I say perfect I mean as perfect as it can be, obviously it will never be "perfect" but they can sure as hell get nearer perfection than they currently do.
But they won't strive to make the paint any better because they know there is a core of people like you who will blindly stand in line to buy the next piece regardless of the quality.
