I agree but I think this series is doomed. I just don't see regular people waiting until next March after only watching 4 episodes.

I really hope you're wrong i'd be gutted if they cancelled this show but they cancel most stuff these days so i wouldn't be surprised if this suffers the same fate.

Didn't they wait awhile in the original series to show the lizards as well? I still think the original Diana was better than Anna is. She was way more menacing.

Not sure how I feel here. So the aliens can cure cancer but not the common cold? Then they have the whole conspiracy thing going on with the flu shot. I swear Teemu if you are out there then this show is for u and fact. Hahaha! A very interesting episode indeed and I will keep watching. However, this show is doomed. DOOMED!

For an entire season to be over and nothing till next March, nothing really seemed to happen, even though it seemed rushed to get no where.
So far, I'm majorly disappointed in this TV series. The only thing it has going for it is Anna and Anna's daughter. I don't like the "V" ninja's, the subject matter is too political for discussion on this forum, and it doesn't even come close to living up to the original series.

Blasphemy. I was around 11 or 12 when it came out and it was the shiznit back then. Me and my friends took a break from playing "war" in the woods to playing "V" in the woods. I watched my copy on betamax till the tracking ran out. The only other tape I did that too was the booby shots in Fast Times.
Maybe it's an age thing. I can see looking at it now and thinking not so great, but the original V series was awesome for the time.

I think you answered your own question. If they told the humans they could cure the common cold, there would be no need for humans to get the flu shot, now contaminated with whatever the V's put into it.
I'm guessing it's something that will either turn humans into lizard hybrids, or something that will digest themselves slowly from the inside.

It looks like they've decided to definitely bring it back in March. I'm pleased, I like it quite a bit - it doesn't hurt that it has Moreena Baccarin, Elizabeth Mitchell and Supergirl in it.
I saw Moreena at the Serenity convention this past weekend and she was very pleased with the show and spoke as if returning was a done deal. She's very charming in person.

I'm really glad as well i like the show even though everyone else seems to hate it? oh well roll on march.

I think I saw one episode of the original and wasn't impressed. So I can enjoy the new show on it's own merits. And it's pretty good - some interesting character relationships. It doesn't help that we think we know the V.'s endgame though. Hopefully they'll shake that up a bit.
Yes i think that is the main reason that some people don't like it because they have the original V to compare it to where as we haven't seen it so are just enjoying this for what it is.
This show is suffering from what every other live action fantasy sci-fi series suffers from, lack of budget. Oh it's going to be 'character driven' you'll invest more in the story.
This is why the talkinator series finished, this is why I am really worried for the live action star wars series, this new series of V is terrible, nothing is happening!!!

Me neither....I'm going to watch last week's episode again to see Supergirl in her undies.
I'm not going back to see if this was already discussed, but at the end of the episode they showed a huge freaking armada of V ships en route to Earth. AWESOME
