TV Guide posted an article on Yahoo listing the status of current shows. While V wasn't on the 'Renewed' list, it was on the 'Looking Good' list. I guess The Good Wife and Parenthood are beating it in its timeslot.
I still haven't seen any new episodes. I hope it does well enough to end up on dvd.

It seems like it's ramping up and becoming more engaging, unfortunately, in trying to compete, they took too many episodes to get here, other shows got really heavily into things sooner.

Well technically is a Soldier, but of course it's indestructible and keeps coming at you no matter what. I have to watch this week's episode to see what happened next.
This past week was better I thought, more emotional and engaging story. I think that's been part of the lack in the series so far too, with the original being a mini series, they didn't take long to start putting people in jeopardy and ramping up the emotional stakes, but this show has been a slow buildup of what's going on.

Not since season 5 took a nose dive off the crazy end. No offense to that show or people that like it, but I jut couldn't take it anymore.

That is shocking, actually. While I watch it, this 2nd part of the season has been pretty lame.......
I think it's been great so i'm really happy it's getting a 2nd but you could tell that from my last post.
Actually, I think it has been getting better as it goes along. Just wish one of those lizards would eat that kid!
Agreed, I actually got bummed to learn this week is season finale because things are just starting to get really engaging and interesting and it'd suck to not get renewed next season, but sounds like it'll at least get a start.
I wonder if they're going to have them eating mice and things like original series, they need to start showing their reptilian nature more, beyond the egg laying and the small reveal shots.
