It has nothing to do with the answer at all. I just reporting my finding like many others did in this thread. I didn't complain about anything with returns just that I'm debating whether its worth it or not......what about my response did you not understand.

Well for one why if you have a damaged product why you wouldn't send it back to have it taken care of. And two you seemed to have fun joining in with the people posting pictures of people crying in response to some of the mishaps of the figure. So I guess I am responding to your past posts and wondering why you would not inquire on getting it fixed.

What do you mean worth it? SS pays for shipping on returns both ways for defects.

Huh. I was under the impression that you had to pay to ship back at least. Then again SSC was closed by the time I opened it so I haven't talked to them.

Well for one why if you have a damaged product why you wouldn't send it back to have it taken care of.

Because it has to be shipped to work, it becomes an issue to get it back to FedEx or be home to have a pick up arranged since I work from 7:45 to 4:00 every weekday. It just seems like a hassle....

And two you seemed to have fun joining in with the people posting pictures of people crying in response to some of the mishaps of the figure. So I guess I am responding to your past posts and wondering why you would not inquire on getting it fixed.

Fun is fun. I see posting pics and having fun in a thread means anything more than that.....got it.

As you can see from the pics that it isn't that noticable displayed and so I think I might see if I can just find out the colors used and fix it myself.

Exactly.....especially compared to others whom have posted pics. It'd be more of a hassle IMHO to ship it back for such small defects instead of just painting over it eventually. While it does send somewhat of a message that imperfections are acceptable.....looking it, the damages are only visible upclose and personal which in reality I won't do that often. I just gonna keep him and hope that its lesson learned by the time Ben Grimm ships.

I in no way meant to discourage your posts. I just meant that if you see a problem with their product please report it. It shouldn't be a hassel and may effect future collectibles. As for the comment regarding the pictures, well you did post them.

Nope. Ben is shipping in March at the earliest from the latest reports from etailers, etc. I just mean in terms of packing PFs.....since that is the next one I'm set to receive is all.
