Do you ever drink any Soda ELi?

Just curious. I only drink it every now and then but am pretty proud to be off the stuff. I also don't drink any juices really. Just water and the occasional Rum and coke.

No pop or juices. All water for me. Occasionally I may take on a Boost which is a protein energy drink. Tastes yummy. Like a vanilla shake, without the high amounts of fat and sugars.

I should post some of my competition photos. I may do another show in May.

Cool man. I am definitely trying to live healthier so just water for me as well. My weakness though is still a good burger and fries. Do you eat out often?

I want to do that experiment where you measure out all the sugar in a can of soda and pour it into a cup. Does anyone have a picture of that? I think it would be eyeopening.

I rarely eat out. Best thing to do is eat at home. Cheaper anyway. That and you know what goes into your meal, and you can control how much stuff goes into your meals in terms of fat, sodium, and sugar content.

If I do eat out I like Subway because I can make my own sub...I get wholewheat bread, put on tons of veggies.. put on a chicken breast, no salt, and a small sprinkle of sweet onion sauce, which is low in fat to begin with. Although keep in mind, when they cut down in fat, they make up for upping the sugar content.

Good to know. I actually like eating in but sometimes can't find the time. It always makes my tummy feel better and the proportions aren't ridiculously large.

I wish healthier alternatives were cheaper as well. I love organic food but even a bottle of organic ketchup is $6. It will make you broke. Crappy food should be more expensive.

Has anyone seen that commercial where the guy needs to turn in his expense report? He asks his boss since he had fast food if he could just photo copy his butt. His boss then motions him to turn around and says hooochie mamma. LOL! Funny commercial. :chew

Yep, orange soda a killer! Tastes so good, but I haven't picked one up in a loooong time.

I love that stuff too but will definitely steer away from it for sure now.

I don't do the soda thing either. Water is the ticket. Quit Cocacola about 5 years ago.
