Funny discussion. I was going to start a thread about it. What is up with all the IM statues from Korea, Phillipeans, Singapore, etc.? Those are all fakes, correct?

They have to be, because same sellers, 3 or 4 by my count, keep listing same "limited" items every few weeks.

Not really IMHO. Stan Lee's signature is about the easiest one to get. He'll sign anything and everything. The sentiment is there but the actual worth.....not so much.

I am really tempted to get a converted one from the Bay but the pricing is so high...

I feel a better signature to get is one of Adi Granov since he was the one whose artwork this and the movie was based on.

With that, how much do you guys feel a SIM with Adi's signature would be worth??? I feel a statue should reflect the artist work it was based on, just like all the AH! statues should be signed by AH! himself, and not the person responsible for creating the property. Granted, Stan Lee's sig would help, but I'm in the opinion Adi Granov's would be a better endorsement and authoritative.

yeah it's a trying time when you open the box till you see it's mint. it came with a letter that says, "you may notice your Iron Man has been opened....a rep has opened it to inspect before shipping to you."...something like that.

I received my replacement sim today also. It is in mint condition with no marks that I can find. Juts like Vader AL I had a higher number and am now the proud owner of #9.
