Re: How has the flu season been for you?

find a local bee keeper, get some RAW honey, start eating it everyday.....it's been proven that RAW honey fights against pollen allergies

read all the pages https://health.howstuffworks.com/di...ergy-treatments/local-honey-for-allergies.htm

finding a local bee keeper... I don't know, sounds difficult. I will try to see if they sell raw honey here

Yeah my allergies have been kickin my *** the last few weeks. I get bloody noses from how much I have to blow my nose. Dries it out. Havent been able to find a good medicine that doesnt make me drowsey.

Benadryl helps me a lot but it knocks me out. I really hate taking it during the day because I can barely think straight. I only take it if I am really really bad because I can't even see straight from the sleepiness I get

Re: How has the flu season been for you?

Raw organic honey. the dark stuff with the crystals is excellent. in fact, raw organic honey contains bee pollen.

Agreed,RAW Honey is great for everything...I prefer the RAW as Raw as you can get (the Snot looking kind :))

Re: How has the flu season been for you?

The United States wasn't socialist 50 years ago when CEOs made 20 times and not 250 times what their lowest paid employee makes, so it would be incorrect to say that to return to that would be socialism.
It would be capitalism, just not the vulture capitalism that there is today, that has put the U.S. in debt. The U.S. wasn't in debt 50 years ago.

Only an idiot would characterize the debt incurred by this country as a consequence of capitalism.

But regardless of how fewer the statist incursions into the economy were in the 60's, it was still a mixed system. The fact that those incursions have grown exponentially is why dislocations exist now. However, the problems are not due to the sins of American producers. Those belong to the idealists with no mental connection to reality who insist on dictating the morals of those over whom they wield political power.

Re: How has the flu season been for you?

Either way, your issues with American political economy have nothing to do with the nature of vaccines. Nothing.

I brought it up in answer to your assertions that my view of people is warped. I mentioned it to prove I am right, in that human beings tend to exploit each other, which is part of the motivation for producing vaccines. Vaccines are big business, so as far as that is concerned, greed in the economy is very much related to vaccines. It has to do with the attitude involved in putting formaldehyde and mercury in them, for example. That is part of the nature of vaccines.

The debt is a consequence of runaway capitalism to the point at which the ultra rich don't pay their share, and take more resources than ever before.
That's a problem with vulture capitalism, not capitalism per se.

When the big companies don't pay employees enough money to live on, that costs the government, when it has to shell out more welfare.

When big businesses make bad decisions and they get bailed out, that costs the government.

When big businesses don't pay enough and people turn to crime to survive, that costs the government with more police, more jails, and more legal costs.

When big businesses use loopholes to get the government to pay for things they can pay for themselves, that costs the government.
When The ultra rich don't pay taxes, that costs the government.

Those big businesses benefit the most from the system, and yet they don't contribute as much proportional to their income as most taxpayers do.
ALL of this causes debt.

In fact, the debt started with the Reagan tax cuts for the rich. That was what set it in motion. before that, the country was in the black.
Runaway capitalism did indeed cause the national debt.
You are too in denial of this fact.

There is ALSO a Bigger Agenda that is involved in it too....that only an idiot doesn't want to see it,hear it,or believe it ;)

interesting enough...Medical care is 3rd leading cause of death in U.S.

https://chriskresser.com/medical-care-is-the-3rd-leading-cause-of-death-in-the-us

"This means that doctors and hospitals are responsible for more deaths each year than cerebrovascular disease, chronic respiratory diseases, accidents, diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease and pneumonia.

The combined effect of errors and adverse effects that occur because of iatrogenic damage includes:

12,000 deaths/year from unnecessary surgery
7,000 deaths/year from medication errors in hospitals
20,000 deaths/year from other errors in hospitals
80,000 deaths/year from nosocomial infections in hospitals
106,000 deaths a year from nonerror, adverse effects of medications"

Human fallibility is an 'agenda'?

Interesting the way the tinfoil hat brigade can join a handful of dots amongst a hundred to draw their idiotic conclusions.

like I said, feel free to *** away since you're so sure of it! ;)

It's not a question of being sure of it, it's about recognising the percentages. On the one hand there is vaccination and low incidence of preventable diseases. On the other hand there is a relatively low incidence of adverse side effects coupled with a high incidence of susceptibility to disease. Tinfoil hats are gung-ho for the long shot.

Re: How has the flu season been for you?

Your constant pic posting and condescending posts have really added to the discussion fosing. At least others actually try to present their case.

You still have to go to the doctor, But it is no lie that they do mess up and there is a lot of error. A lot of times is just plain carelessness. They simply do not give a -- sometimes.

Even from personal experience and from hearing others I can tell you about the countless times that someone kept asking a doctor about it or something and they refused to take the question seriously or to test for something and it ended up making the person really sick.
I know someone who died because the doctor wouldn't listen to her until it was too late.

Re: How has the flu season been for you?

What an interesting thread.

Health Care, third leading cause of death, eh?

Looking at those numbers, anyone who would consider themselves to have any intelligence would have to realize that much of that would be the same as a report claiming "Breathing! The largest cause of airborne pathogen transmission" :lol

Stop breathing immediately. :lol

misdiagnosis happens. people make mistakes. that's why you have the option for a 2nd, 3rd to the nth opinion if that matters.

saying that receiving medical care is the 3rd top cause of death is downright....stupid. specially if its from dodgy sources with a dead link. LOLZZZ

I just wish those idiots cared enough to do their job. They are getting so much of my money already and when i go to a doctor It makes me feel like im some peasant or something, Half the time they won't even listen to all the problems you have. I might be suffering from different things but after the first one they stop giving a --
I hate that.

Re: How has the flu season been for you?

that is one reason why Medical Care is the 3rd leading cause of Death ;) You say that like it's perfectly OKAY to take people's money, misdiagnose them and make a mistake when it comes to someone's health...

why don't you research it yourself? because you're lazy, you won't....there are PLENTY of sources that are saying the same thing (with proof). :dunno

Most folks here have nothing to bring to the table but insults, name calling, and have no interest in presenting their case. It's easier to make fun than to make a good arguement

Re: How has the flu season been for you?

And then there are people who make perfectly sound arguments and receive nothing in response but socialist propaganda, as though it has something to do with scientific fact. Far be it for them to look at the opposition and recognize that it deserves anything more than rotten vegetables and a stage hook.
