I worked out with a personal trainer yesterday morning and it was difficult. I thought my work out was very good until he put me through his routine. Today I am so sore I don't want to work out for a few days.

went yesterday to the gym and worked out my back, Triceps & Abs! plus ran. I love the sourness!!! :rock:rock:rock:rock:rock

Oh plus another thing i have changed since i started working out is my food especially breakfast everyday i have instant oatmeal with water and a protein shake that consist of one orange, half a banana & pineapple plus the protein. the pineapple changes sometimes to other fruits. i love it!

Damn man! That's pretty impressive. I'm lifting nowhere near that kind of weight. :rock

Thanks man, I've lifted weights for a while, but was VERY off and on. The past months I've gone 5-6 days a week and it really makes a difference. Just got to keep it up.

That is strong. I have only done 60 lb dumbells for bicep curls (correct with form) standing up... no using the upper body to pull the weight up. Always elbows locked into hips... full range of emotion. Nice and slow up and down movements, never locking the elbow or letting it hang in this case. Keeping the tension on the bicep. So for Darth Caedus to do that weight is pretty awesome! :rock

Most I benched was 245'ish and I was around 160'ish in weight.

It's funny you mention correct form. Whenever I go during busy hours (I try to avoid those) I see people ALL over bending and squirming to pull the weight up. One was doing it right in front of a "personal trainer" that was on staff at the gym and nobody really corrects them. I feel kind of bad because doing that, really isn't going to do anything for you. Just using lower weights and correct form will build must faster than doing WAY too much. Oh well, just thought I would share that with you guys.

i knew it was wring and i was going to fix it but then i said... its not a pitu post if theres nothing wrong in there!:rotfl:rotfl:rotfl:rotfl

:lol This an interesting thread reading those who are working out and those who are simply throwing jibes.

Personally I just started working out before work. Did 3/5 days last week and plan to go 5/5 this week. I'm at 235 but want to get to 180 by year's end. My highest weight was 270 and 230 was kind of my scary weight. Anyway, I'm trying to start a family and would like at least the first one to have a slim daddy. :lol

Did I just say I lift dumbells with full range of emotion? I meant motion! :lol

Yeah this was me half awake, even before I started to compete... got a bit bigger in the chest, back, and arms, and more shredded. This year I want to get even more definition and size.

Anyway, DA you can get like that easily in 2 years. Maybe less depending on how hard you go at it bro. Your triceps are coming out a lot. Just remember that 80 percent of it is diet.

2 years :google ^^^^ man, certainly makes my goal seem more far off than I though.

Dude, even if it takes you three, or four years... heck, even longer. Even you can do it. Comes down to how hard you train, how good you are on your diet, and trust me, lack of stress gets you their quicker. Try to take away anything that is toxic in your life. Be it food or stress.

I know you can do it bud. You're so young anyway. Keep pushing!
